Terrible service, after waiting in line for a while, and having asked before I did if they could do it, they tell me walkins are not allowed. I would have to leave the material and get it the next day. No respect for customers time, not the first time but definitely the last one

Went to purchase a desk and was told everything was out of stock. Went to the location by the Antelope Valley mall and was told the desk I wanted was in stock at the Lancaster location so I stated to the employee what I was told and they said it was not possible that they were out of stock since he can see on his end that they had one available. Called the Lancaster location and right away was told they were out of stock. I asked if they were sure and proceeded to explain what I was just told by the Palmdale employee when all of a sudden it was in stock. I had to make an unnecessary trip to head back to the Lancaster location. Worst experiences ever at both locations. Will no longer shop at Staples.

Oh my gosh, this is my new office away from my home office. 😁😀 i just came here to make photo copies, how easy was that 😁😀 they have computers you can use. This place is awesome and amazing so are the people that work there.

A friend and I were shopping for supplies and having a conversation. A man who worked there walked by us while we were talking and said Theyre closing up the registers, yall. You might want to get up there. He interrupted our conversation and didnt bother to wait for a lull or say excuse me. He carried on walking and didnt even break stride to tell us that. He didnt even look at us.I said Ill just put all this down, then. I put my items down, and my friend and I walked to the front. They had locked the doors! They locked at least three customers in the store!The rude man came and let us out, and i told him its not okay to lock people in a store. He told me to have a good day and we left without purchasing anything.

Went there to print copies of my resume. Its 11 cents per page for black and white. The xerox machine is pretty easy to use with the on-screen instructions. If you need help, there is an associate there in the shipping area that is happy to come over to help.

Upon arrival I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. The store is bigger then any other staples I have been to. The manager assisted me in getting my order I purchased online. I then asked for another product and she directed me to which isle. When I got to that isle there was another gentleman there to assist me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to get the perfect product for the price I needed. Then I needed string but didnt think they would have it but the manager knew of 1 small roll that they carried and knew exactly where it was located. Best staples I have ever been to. I might have to start going there for all my supplies instead of Walmart.

Two copy machines out of service all others being used and they charge .40 cents more if they make the copies. Asked two different people in the store to find other items and no one could be bothered. Only giving one start because I cant give zero

I never knee staples sold cell phones and I went in the other day and talked to a young lady that helped me upgrade my phone and fix my bill so I pay 20 less a month! She went far beyond what I thought anyone would do helping my with my new phone and much more will be coming back! This is what true customer service is!

I came here in a mad rush at the lunch hour also. The store clerk Christine helped me. I was so frazzled because fax machines, copy machines, computers all those things intimidate me. Christine walked me through what to do and I was able to calm down. These days no one wants to provide good customer service. At the Lancaster Staples I got great service. Thank you!!!

The manager was very rude he showed no interest. When I asked him a question he looked me up and down and frowned said no with a very mean and rude voice I didnt remember to get his name. The only reason I gave it a 2. The cashier was very nice and polite answered all my questions. The place was empty if he doesnt get his attitude right for his customers he might be out of a job

This store has a very rude and disrespectful manager by the name of Vince. I simply called and asked a question concerning a charge on my card he was very insulting and placed me on hold several times as I was in the middle of my sentence. The last call I made to him I had someone from headquarters on the other phone listening to him and she was very disturbed by the way I was treated. I went to the store because he would not give me name and he still had me stamding there for 35 minutes before assisting me. The young ladies working that day was very polite, respectful and worked in a very professional manner. They are the real reason anyone should shop at the store on Valley Central Way their customer service skills were awesome! I hope Mr.Vince does not treat his employees like he treats his customers, those young ladies are the only reason to give this particular store my business in the future!

I was in there 15mins trying to figure out wireless modems on my own. the people working there were singing and goofing while customers try to teach themselves. Its a joke I agree. No one was asked if they needed help. NO ONE!

Its a very nice store with beautiful merchandise like notebooks, paper for copying, pens, journals and more great stuff for offices. Some of the items seem to be on the pricey side./Thats all

The lady running the copy machine area on 11/20/15 around noon was extremely rude and the store was filthy. We had another horrible experience on 12/2/2015 between 11 and 11:30am. We were trying to copy our Christmas letter onto holiday stationary and, although there is a self-service area, we did not know how to use the machines and asked for assistance for 2 different people working in the area. BOTH of them refused to help us. We will NEVER return and well be spreading the world ALL over social media about our experience!

Not alot of customer service or product selection. Makes it very hard to buy from here, I just buy online usuallyEDIT I dont buy online because they charge ridiculous fees, even for same day pick up on a print. More than should be charged.

1 star for the print center.. they are not updated for email or thunderbolt and will not open a box to use a usb for the external. For all printing services you gotta go to a legit print shop. You cant email files for high gloss on self serve. Note: local print shops close by 5. Do not rely on staples

The staff is very helpful but the machine to print papers off from your email was really slow. Just make sure you have plenty of time to print when you go there!

Really didnt like the way the printer functions when you send an email to it for your documents too many buttons to press I like the old way put a quarter in get your print out and seconds this takes too long too complicated too many buttons to push just to get a printout and then he hold $5 of yours for 24 hours go back to the old way put a quarter in print it and couple of seconds one button push maybe two it always always better if its not broken why fix it whats something that doesnt work the best way

Went in on 1/26/19 at 3:45pm, but customer service always lacks here. All employees, including managers, are rude and can never seem to resolve anything. They dont honor the exhange and return policy as it states online. They do nothing to accomodate their customers. I will take my business to office depot or kinkos. Hire new management!

Come here if you want your stuff destroyed. they messed up the poster on one of the corners but thats not the worst part. they said it was particle that I sign a waiver that if its damaged its not their fault but they told me that after when it was done. And at the end I only got $5 in store credits, you can tell that they hardly cared.

Dont go to get your lap top fixed at Lancaster, Ca I took it in to get my lap top fixed and they handed it back to me, telling me that the piece had been replaced but the computer still was not working. After months of trying to find out what is wrong with my lap top, I come to find out that they actually broke the button board cable. Now they are lying and telling me that the laptop was actually working when I left the shop. Which is a complete lie. They are liars and do not know how to work on computers.

Called waited on hold for approximately 5 minutesAsked to speak to someone in copier Center was hung up on called back on hold for another 5 minutes girl picks up asks where she can direct advised 3rd time need copier Center to ask some questionsI tell her I have 3 huge books that need to be unbindedAnd whole punchedShe tells me the price per page and per book for hole punching but that I had to unbound myselfPrice sounded good I drive to staples sit in parking lot for 30 minutes rushing to rip pages out of 2 of the 3 books I have carry the large unbound paper work inside stand in line for 12 minutes get to the front tell them what I want and the lady tells me oh thats needs to be sent out to get takes 3 - 5 days to be returned...Now Im pissed to high heaven why why why couldnt the have been said over the phone I ask for a manager VINCE...he comes over looking as if hes a social County worker on the 1st the month which also happens to fall on a Friday. I tell him what happens and hes says what do you want me to do about it. Im like so you want me to tell you how to do your job. You should be making up for inconvenience of time lost, gas, and unnecessary irritation. He says once again what do you want me to do about it and says I would have told you the same thing finally he offers and goes to get me a 10$ gift card with a blantant attitude the entire time and a look of disgust on his face. I ask him would he like if his mother was treated this way, he says Im giving you what you want and I say but you look like you dont give a damn, he shrugs his shoulders as if to say I dont and rolls his eyes and walks away. Now this happened over 2 months ago and everytime I tell someone the story I get mad all over again if your having that bad a day stay home and if you just dont like people dont work in costumer service I really dont get but Im happy I finally got it off my chest and in writing

Why is it that the person working in the copy section is so rude and unhappy alway...I like coming to the store but I dont like talking to the person in the copy center....because she is always so rude the cashiers are always vey pleasant...
