Great store! You even get discounts off sale price! Very helpful clerks too! And they usually have what youre looking for, just make sure pc has everything you wanted moved over, as you are paying for it. Make sure set up is done to your satisfaction, not a hurry job

They were pleasant and helpful when I called to check availability. Sadly, it wasnt so cool when I got there. The product I wanted had two sale price signs directly in front of the display boxes. Seems like a good deal. I thought, Ill get 2. However, when I went to purchase, I was told the price is higher and then told the sale price was for an older version of the product. When I asked about availability of the older version, I was told that product is not available. Feels like the old bait and switch routine. When I politely suggest that they shouldnt have signs indicating the price is $204.99 in front of product they charge $224.99. He disagreed and said the sign has a different number on it. It probably did. The product number was too small to read easily. Meanwhile other staff who were just standing around mocked me for saying something about it. Bait and switch is not cool whether its $20 or a whole lot more. I will go elsewhere in the future. Actually I already did.

Im reading reviews on here and am so sad that Sadie had a bad experience. I am a cashier here and we are taught that if there is a sign DIRECTLY in front of a product, we Honor that price! (Unless it is ink/toner, but even then, Id sincerely apologize and change the price sign immediately)... because it is our fault that we didnt change the sign or update it to the current price!

No service employees would rather talk to each other than wait on customers worst service in a while

If you have been to a Staples there will be no surprises here,and thats a good thing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is kept clean and well stocked. If Staples carries it chances are they will have it in stock. The parking is easy with plenty of room and the store is conveniently located next to the main route through town.

Staples is one of my (Beckys) happy places. Today I needed a ledger and notebook and found just the right ones. Thanks for a great store!

My primary point of contact with Staples has always been the print center. During some waits I enjoy wondering through the store hunting down great deals on office supplies while sneaking in some home shopping as well.The staff is always on point, knowledgeable and well mannered. I have seen bad customers however, I have yet to see any bad sales persons.If you have any business needs then I would recommend checking out this great store.

I really dont know what to think about Staples any more. Locally they are my preferred vendor for electronics, but more and more, like this time, they dont carry what I want in the local store. If I have to go out to the web, then all the web vendors become their competition. Today I had to go out to the web: I saved $40, more than 50% off what I was willing to spend in the store, but I didnt buy it from Staples.

I found what I needed, a cute binder and some sheet protectors so my visit was a success. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by a couple employees.

I mostly just use the copy center, but have been more than satisfied with the service and the product. They are always willing to spend the time to work with me to make sure I get what I need for our business.The copy center is always busy since there are very few other choices in town. The staff manages the print jobs and often unreasonably impatient customers very well.

Service is poor. You will find yourself standing around and hunting a customer service down before you get service. Copy center service is also terrible. customer service clerks are not helpful and just want to sell you extra services. all my colleagues have boycotted Staples in Aberdeen due to the poor service. I was the last one standing and Im finally frustrated with their service. The only good thing is you are greeted at every time you walk in but you are at lost once you are in the store. They need to have more staff on the floor

The manager there was not very helpful and showed it, as a matter of fact he was kind of rude, I was there on December 18th in the afternoon trying to get help with an Amazon package I needed to print out a return label and he basically just didnt want to help me almost refused to answer my questions was reluctant to answer my questions or as Im concerned he was a d**k...

Much more expensive that Walmart for the same item...
