I don’t not have enough good things to say about Beth Worrell and the Tonya Harbin team. First off, I was an out of state buyer and Beth never hesitated to show me a home as soon as she could (same day or next day if It came on the market later in the day). We would have to face time obviously but what was really helpful was the high quality videos she would take after and send so I could look at the house as many times as I needed to. Beth gave me all the necessary information and answered all my questions promptly, she also supported any decision I made and I can say she fought hard on my behalf for every offer and any conversation that was had. It was a long fought battle trying to find the right house but Im happy to say we finally got it done. In summary, you want Beth on your side! Let me start off by saying that the house I want doesnt exist and we didnt have the luxury of time finding land and building what I want. That being said, we had to weigh the pros and cons of what was avail in this market. Working with the team at Tonya Harbin turned out to be a God send. Our agent Beth Worell responded to all our needs, questions, complaints, etc at basically all hours of the day. I cant even remember how many houses we looked at but Beth never seemed frustrated with our pickyness. (is that a word?)
