Both our boys attend KLC, all of the teachers and assistants know each kid by name and genuinely take an interest in them. Each staff member goes above and beyond. They have learned so much new vocabulary, social skills, beginning educational things and have so much fun all day! When my youngest started in the infant room it was so nice having the app to get updates and pictures throughout the day. We feel very comfortable and know they are safe there and doing a great job with extra cleaning, hand washing and sanitizing.

After being a stay home mom for two years the hardest part was finding a place that I would trust to leave my son. I looked everywhere... until I came across KinderCare.I love to be at work and get notifications on my phone with pictures or videos of what my son is doing.I love to know that he s having such a good day.You He loves his teachers but I think the best part is that he gets excited to go to school every morning

As first time parents we were anxious about sending our first child to daycare. Especially as my wife is a teacher, it was also important for us that our child not only be cared for, but also be able to socialize, learn, and grow. Kindercare on Hayward Rd. in Acton, MA went beyond our highest expectations to put all our worries at ease and foster our child’s foundational skills for academic and social growth. They made us feel welcome and appreciated from the moment we stepped in for our tour. Our child is not only a student but also a member of the family in her classroom. Thanks to the teachers at Kindercare, our child has become a social butterfly and is able to initiate conversations, initiate and engage in play (stacking blocks, singing songs, passing and holding toys and balls) and feed herself with and without utensils. Kindercare follows our nap and feeding schedule, provides us with daily updates and pictures, and is there for us no matter what we need. We are so grateful to have found Kindercare on Hayward Rd. and would highly recommend it to any parent!

Kindercare claims that they give preference to existing families, when they have a need to transfer their child from one location to another. This is totally untrue based on my recent experience- I am an existing family and toured them on Monday - 6/17/19. After completing the tour, I mentioned that we are checking out other locations of Kindercare in the neighborhood, to see what works best for us and will reach out shortly with a decision. Thursday, 6/20/19, I received a VM from this location saying the spot isnt available anymore because another family that toured the place confirmed that they would take the spot. They also mentioned that they gave away the spot because they never heard from us. There are 3 days between Monday-Thursday. Im sure they can do the math. Friday, 6/21/19, when I called them to find out why they never reached out to let me know that there was another family who had expressed interest- I would have expected a courtesy call before giving that spot away to another family given that I am an existing Kindercare parent. To that, the woman said - they toured the place before you, and besides you mentioned that you were looking at other locations. Ok but was that family an existing kindercare family? I got a yes. I totally dont believe her and there is no way for me to find out if she was lying. Im not upset that we lost the spot, because I made other arrangements immediately after getting the VM. I just didnt appreciate the way they handled this

We could not be happier with our experience at KinderCare. Two of our children go there and they get the best care. The teachers/staff always appear happy in their work, they personally know your child, and go above and beyond (I.e., my son’s teacher recently color copied a book that he really likes that is out of print; when our daughter has a hard time separating from us in the morning, the directors do check-in’s to give her a quick hug, etc.). The meals are really healthy and they keep the center very clean, especially when illness strikes. Our kids absolutely love going to school there. As far as we’re concerned, that is the best endorsement. We highly recommend Hayward Road KLC!

Great teachers! Very loving, safe, happy environment! Both my kids went/are going there from babies to pre-k!
