I will be finding a different daycare. Dishonest and untrustworthy. You cant even call them teachers cause most are not even qualified. They hire anyone, and start them off with very little training.One lady working with infants gave a bottle of breast milk to the wrong infant. The one who was supposed to get the breast milk was given formula without the consent of the mother. Some of the ladies and kids come in with fevers, strep throat, and bad coughs. Found out they waited till I came to pick up grand daughter to change her diaper.

This place is awesome for early childhood development! Thank you teachers !!!!

They educate your child with age appropriate activities that correspond to your childs developmental abilities. The teachers are well educated & easy to communicate with. Its great because the children are never bored.

When my daughter started at discovery point she was going through a rough patch because she didn’t trust teachers. We pulled her from another local day care after a traumatizing experience. After 1 month with her she is now a completely different 3 year old. They were so patient with her. At 3 she can write letters and count to Spanish all because of her teachers at this school! Mrs. Pauline was very thorough with us on our tour and they have lived up to every expectation. During the summer they had in house field trips for the kids which was so amazing to our daughter. Special shout out to mrs. Lindsey! She really took the time to help our baby girl transition and made sure she felt safe!

I dropped off my son at 12:30pm and picked up at 6:30pm today by a friend. When he got home we realized that his pants were wet. Our friend informed us that at least one other toddler had wet pants when she picked up my son. When I took his pants off him I realized that he had the same diaper I had put on him at noon. I checked his bag the 5 diapers he was dropped off were still in there. We were going to use Discovery Point for two days of daycare, but in light of this my son will never attend this school again. We will be getting our money back for the two days, as they required we pay upfront.

Since April my child was bitten close to 20 times. Some bites from the same child then bites from other kids. I tried to work with them and over look it as a phase until I realized that there are many other daycares not having constant biting as a natural phase. They also made themselves out to be a place that would work with my child on potty training... Big mistake. If you have a child younger than 2 1/2 you are trying to train, look someplace else. They were secretly putting diapers on my child without my permission. I wondered why my child was regressing until I realized what was happening. The teachers didnt feel like taking him and would rather change diapers in the toddler room. I am so so thankful that I took him out and found another place. His first day at the new place- zero accidents.

My son started this school only about two weeks ago and we are both absolutely in love. This was my sons first time being in any type of childcare (hes 3) and we were both extremely anxious. On his second day, he ran straight in to greet his teachers and find his seat (my child with separation anxiety!!) Discovery Point has been the biggest blessing for us both! The entire staff is amazing. The director and assistant director are incredible! If I could rate higher than five stars, theyd have it.

I have two daughters that attended both the pre-K and the daycare classes at Discovery Point (4500 Calibre Crossing, Acworth, GA) as well as the aftercare classes. My wife and I have tried several day care facilities and Discovery Point is by far and away the best and most professional. The level of activities that the kids are exposed to sets Discovery Point apart from most daycares which do little more than baby sit kids. Both of our girls thrived in this environment and looked forward each day to going to Discovery Point. Highly recommended.

This daycare has not only went down hill in the last few months but as well allowed a teacher who was fired for putting her hands on MULTIPLE children to still come into the facility. I have removed my children and contacted corporate. They may seem nice and great at face value but their turn over rate is horrible and I see why!!!! I would never suggest or use them ever again!

Poorly run, outdated systems. Several of the personnel do not seem to be happy working there. Often not greeted when walking in to pick up my child

The worst childcare center. I regret sending my daughter here. She had four teachers in less than a year. Her last few weeks she did not have a teacher at all because they were not certified. They do not communicate with parents at all. On my daughter’s last day I discovered that they did not even know where her sunscreen was, so my daughter was outside daily with no sunscreen even though state regulations require them to put it on her. It is very unorganized. At pick up and drop off, desk workers are rarely at the dead. The teachers are unprofessional and don’t acknowledge parents at pick up or drop off. Teachers did not even greet my daughter or get at her eye level when speaking to her. The director is unfriendly and cold. They are not responsive to parent concerns and only gave excuses when concerns were brought up.
