My daughter completed the class portion in January. They were paid in full. One would expect she would be able to schedule her driving sessions pretty quick- wrong assumption. She had one driving lesson at the end of March. Covid led to closures which is fine. What’s not fine is that this business reopened and did not contact anyone. I only found out because we saw a Michael’s car on the road. I had to call to find out they resumed operations (even though they were paid in full months ago). I sent over the consent form and they knew I was mad. I requested a driving instructor to call me and schedule my daughter immediately. Guess who never called? Either get my kid on the schedule or give me my money back- it’s that simple!!!! By the way, they are aware that if they didn’t contact me to schedule my kid within two days (I paid 600 months ago) that I was going to review them negatively. Honestly, I own a business as well and these are just poor business practices that fail to consider the customer what so ever.

Extremely unprofessional. Poor customer service.Have been on the “waiting list” (after calling several times and being promised a call back) for over six months. They won’t even bother.The only reason they get business is because they are the only driving school in Addison. Not having competition really lowers their standards.

Drive Time instructor is very helpful and teaches well, but class work time could be better. We would sit and read then answer questions in the book and go over them. No actual teaching.
