Christalee is an incredible instructor and is so full of positivity and constant good energy. She is so amazing at teaching and helped me improve with so much. I am so lucky to have taken the Master course and would highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of having Christalee teach me beauty makeup when I was studying for my Diploma in LA. She is such a sweet, loving person. Gentle, Patient and caring. But besides her beautiful nature she is amazing at sharing her years of knowledge and experience in Makeup. She has worked with High profile talent and on top notch productions. It was an honour and an asset in my makeup career in having her as my teacher. I hope to meet her again some day soon.

Let me start out by thanking Ms. Christalee for not only teaching me techniques I never imagined I could master but also for her patience in doing so. This was an amazing learning experience and it was very personal with a lot of one on one time with only 4 students per class. I walked away from this class confident in my makeup application techniques and with more knowledge than I could ever have imagined. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because I cannot even begin to measure this experience with only 5 stars. I am so happy I found Kiss N Makeup and Christalee. I am a life long makeup junkie and to find a talented and experienced instructor in my backyard was a blessing. Chistalee is the BEST!! Through her knowledge and years of experience in the entertainment industry, she has honed her technique, which she passes on to her students. In addition, she is a patient and kind teacher. Some people can do, and some people can teach, but Christalee shines at both. The classes are small so you get a lot of individual attention and all of your questions answered. Christalee Abreu, the Owner of Kiss and Makeup Artistry Academy is outstanding and a truly a hidden gem in Agoura!!! This is truly someone who with all of her expertise on major films and television shows over a multi-year span, has perfected the face!!! I love someone for example, in a clothing store who does not say can I help you, because my answer would be most likely no, as they have immediately told me they dont get me! I like this approach: With your body type and your coloring, I have some great suggestions, try this, this, this, etc and they have you in the dressing room! Then they have my attention!!! Christalee is that person!!! She can assess a face in mere seconds, to know exactly what to do to enhance it for a day look and/or glamorize it for a night look! For me, glamour is a daily look that I prefer, but I would, even as a former make-up artist myself years back, like to get out of the rut and find a new way to update my look and Christalee is the one to do it!!! I have seen her gallery. Amazing work!!! For you ladies, that also would like to find a way to put away the years, it is incredible, what she can accomplish that will make you look years younger with just a few techniques!!! Many times that is what it takes, not the fillers and Botox, but knowing your face and finding the way through make-up artistry to bring out your best and play down what you do not think are your best features!!! Bottom line, every woman has beauty and Christalee knows just how to bring it out!! This studio should ultimately be in major metropolitan cities all over the country, but there is only one Christalee and she cannot be everywhere!!! Her credits are mind-blowing!!! For those of you, who want to move forward in the industry, there is none better and when you say, when applying for a show, who your teacher is or was (Christalee), that should get you a bigger nod for the job!!!
