Took Hip Hop Fit with Mike... it was simply amazing. The instructor does not work off of 8 counts. He simply demonstrates the move and you follow. Simple enough. I havent followed choreography in years but this was great. Recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and intense workout. O... and be ready for some serious pushups, planks and crunches.

Words cannot express how much I love this studio! These teachers have truly changed my daughters life in the most wonderful way. The love and support they give to their dancers creates a family environment like no other! My daughter has gone through a complete transformation in her dance technique as well as her confidence. The owners and staff truly love what they do and it shows in every aspect of this studio. Even our family that came to watch recital this year was blown away. Not only by the talent - which is unbelievable - but by the emotion, the stories that these dancers and choreographers tell through dance! To top it all off, they have moved into a SPECTACULAR new facility!! It is the most beautiful studio in the area! I am so grateful that we have found Academy of Dance and I couldnt ask for anything more!

Academy of Dance Westlake Village is an amazing place for dance! Not only are the teachers excellent but they care about each and every dancer. They are so unique and innovative and allow the kids to be individuals and express themselves. Every year I see major improvement in the kids dancing. The focus on technique and movement make this one of the best studios I know. From the moment you walk into the studio, you feel you are part of a big family. Cliques and mean behavior are not tolerated. Every one is so supportive of each other and it is a great environment for your kids. They not only learn to dance but how to be better people.

I cannot say enough good things about this studio. As a former four year company member and dancer at Academy of Dance Westlake Village, I have nothing but the best memories and the greatest of friends from this place. Not only did I receive excellent training from every faculty member, but I also learned a countless amount of life skills from them and could not feel more grateful to feel like I have such strong and supportive mentors in my life. Whether youre just starting or have danced for years, want to be a professional or just have fun, or are two years old or seventy years old, there is certainly a place for you here. I would not recommend any other studio but ADWV and love this place more than life!
