Office depot Aiea, has the most friendly employees. I needed help printing out a few of my documents, because I ran out of ink and my printer stopped working. Sierra and Bri in print service was so friendly. They helped me send the documents I need and printed them out quickly. I was also helped out by Bryce in the tech department. He helped me fix my printer. He was incredibly nice. And as I waited for my printer to be fixed. I was asked if I needed help look for something by Susan who was super nice. Even with her mask on you could tell she was happy to help me. She called over Kevin who helped me look for the right ink I needed. Overall it was the best experience I ever had. I definitely will be coming back.

Definitely a preferred location for office supplies (personal and business). I would say one of the larger Office Depot locations on the island, best selection and superior customer service. Staff are always available to help and managers quickly remedy any problems without commotion making situations far less stressful and smooth, should anything arise. Prices tend to the on the higher end (i.e. school supplies where cheaper options are available at places like Target), but monthly mailers apply to most purchases plus the rewards program is great incentive.The only drawback I have is the online order ready for pick up in 2 hours doesnt always come to fruition. If needing drive by, plan for possible delays. I always shop in store for that reason.

I like shopping here but the store seems smaller to me than most. They carry all the sale items and generally have what we need else they can order it. the packing supplies do get wiped out during a sale like most locations. Besides Fisher Hawaii is generally cheaper. When it comes to furniture, general technology and supplies It is what you would expect from a big chain company. There is also one curbside pickup parking stall.

Been a customer since 2017. The staff, especially print, demonstrate extraordinary service and certainly continue to exceed my expectations.

I have never had a bad experience at Office Depot in Aiea or at any OD. I have purchased PCS, printers, phones and many other products there and never regretted it. Love em!

Its been years since Ive stepped foot in an Office Depot, since it seems Im always looking for that obscure item that the big box probably doesnt carry. I decided to drop by this morning because I had a gift card balance, was surprised when they carried it, and was spurred to write a review because of the awesome customer service!I was looking for a particular stationary, which the first store (and much larger) didnt have. Before heading to town, I googled and found the Office Depot in Waimalu - I had forgotten all about it. I found the stationary, then wandered about checking out some prices. Seemed competitive for the supplies I usually buy online, some larger items were surprisingly cheaper (including the printer I bought a month ago), and they price match. They didnt have a bunch of other items that Ive bought this year though.Up until this point, I would have skipped the review entirely. The person helping me checkout was awesome though (and Im a little critical sometimes on customer service)! I think they went above and beyond for sure, making sure I had exactly what I needed, answering all my questions, and price matching my item. Im incredibly happy that I was able to find exactly what I needed (I bought 2 of the last 3 boxes though, hope they have more for the next person) and the customer experience will ensure I visit here as my first stop when I need supplies next.Note - There were several items Id consider normal stock but they didnt carry, which is why I knocked off a star.

Bought Logitech $49 wireless keyboard and mouse. Out of the box they do not work properly. Store policy is basically keyboard & mouse is my problem now. They do not do refunds or returns on these electronic component and few others is what manager said. But he will give me 15% off to buy another so that if the 2nd one is also defective now Ill have two sets of worthless new keyboard and mouse and loose close to $100 dollars in the process. Stupid offer why would I buy again from them if they wont stand behind their products. Who the hell has these no return policies now a days.

Andrew is the man! Extremely knowledgeable and spent 30 minutes helping me get what I needed! I would come back to this store in a jiffy next time I need supplies!

I took my laptop to Office Depot Waimalu to have my data & files moved from my old computer to a new one via PCMover. The transfer program was on sale in the store, therefore, I asked them to move the information from old to new. The Tech Department was very helpful & they were able to complete this task perfectly. I am grateful for their service & I will always seek their support in the future.

Things are always on sale, but Amazon prices are better. But I like to support local srores. I hope it does not go out of business. It is nice to see and feel the products.

Staff here was very nice and helpful . Im not saying that way 24/7. Everyone deserves a bad day every now and then but these guys were on point.

Sending packages at Office Depot is much easier and faster than USPS. It is also the same price. The stores have longer hours than USPS.
