I go here when I need something printed. Its always a quick and easy process. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, organized and well stocked.

Its very convenient and never crowded. The Associates are very friendly and helpful. They will assist you in finding what you need and if need be order from the Staples website.

Took a hand drawn picture in to Staples to be laminated. It was signed by all the students who took part in the project. The girl working behind the counter assured me that in order for it to be done properly she had to make a copy of it otherwise it could wrinkle. I noted the copy paper was thinner than the paper that my drawing was made on and opted not to spend $41. she called me back later on to say my paper somehow wrinkled going through the process of being laminated. When I came to pick it up, it was the laminate that was wrinkled. I asked why that happened and the young man apologized and said he was off and obviously whoever did it wasnt very good at the process. He made a copy of it and laminated it with no problem. My original is ruined. It was to be displayed at our school. They did refund my $$ and tried to fix it. But I do not feel I can trust them with this type of work going forward.

Customer service is horrible. Don’t tell them you need help with printing documents, they are no help.

An amazing place to shop, but would be a dream come true to work for. My knowledge for technology, would be intertwined with my passion for retail, and learning new warehouse roles.

Gary was exceptionally rude and insisted I didn’t know what I was talking about in order to sell me insurance with my laptop purchase. Oh I’m a comp sci major and build computers for fun 🙃 insulting your customers is such a strange sales tactic 🤔

The cashier was very helpful and patient.

The print center refused to start a print job for me the day before pickup. I was told that when the employees stop working, so do the machines. I had to wait 4 hours in the morning for a print job that could have completed overnight. The kid who did my print job stole my flash drive after that. The store manager Paula promised to mail it to me, but she never actually did. This store wasted my time and money then literally stole from me. I would suggest using any other print center.

I had a copy and print job and Melissa did a fantastic job. She was the only person in the print area and she was constantly busy handling many tasks which she did in an excellent manner. She was asked by senior citizens to help with their copying needs which she did while smiling as she worked. She had to answer phone calls which she did in an efficient manner while helping other customers with their tasks. Melissa is an excellent employee who worked efficiently while performing numerous tasks. She never seemed ruffled while performing her tasks, answering questions, and helping customers with their tasks. Melissa is a great employee who deserves praise for all of the excellent work she performed for many customers who needed her help. It was a pleasure to watch Melissa perform her varied duties in a pleasant and proficient manner. You did a great job for all of us Saturday. Thanks very much!!!! We value your excellent work!!!!

If i could give ZERO STARS, I would because the manager (Josh or Jeff) was the rudest and discriminatory person i have ever met. I went in to get some items for work and some personal items for homeschool being that my place of business chose(my coworker and myself) the aiken staples to get all our office supplies; so I did as well. This will be changing because of how i was treated even after I have personally spent hundreds of dollars there and shopped the same way i always have. I always know a general idea if what i want so I find multiple items and then find a place with my basket and sit to go through it all and decide what i need that will all go good together for my home and the manager came over and said what are you doing so i told him and he said to get it all up and to needed a buggy so i wasnt in everyones way, granted, there was hardly anyone in the store. so I did so and tried to figure it all out but he kept coming around and making comments like i wasnt doing it the way he expected. so i then went to look at phone cases to not be so frustrated and was looking for one for an xr (the ones i was looking at did not have the size of the phone it would fit on the box so i asked a worker and SHE opened a few boxes so i could see) i put the opened ones in the buggy bc i was gonna buy one of the ones that she opened and the others as well to give ti the cashier bc they were opened. then i went to look at bags and put a few other items back, so j was holding those things and comparing 2 bags on the bottom two selves and here this guy comes again and stood there with his hands up and said what exactly are you doing now? and by the tone of his voice i knew exactly what he was trying to assume...........that was pure discrimination, and i wanted to pull out all the receipts that i had in my purse to show this awful person that i had just been in there lest than a month prior and bought most of the Martha Stewart line and some vera bradley items but I didnt and when he walked away i got up and left due to how upset he made me. I ALWAYS put items i dont buy away but this manager was so awful and should never be allowed to do what he did to me. I noticed I left my phone about five minutes after leaving and I went back told a girl and she said sure I will go get it from that office............next thing I know here comes this awful man again and said you left things in a buggy and you need to put it back but we dont have a phone. so i put everything back that was in the buggy and he kept bothering me saying we are closing soon, so if you can do it faster, and I said I am worried about my phone because I have children at home and have ti answer if work calls........he did not care one bit. once i got done i asked another girl his name Nd she refused to give his last name, which i have never heard before but I saw him come out the office and asked for his card(which he never gave me)and he had my phone in his hand. I got it and was walking out and he had a snide remark to not come back if i could not put things in a buggy back..........and I said thats fine, but I went to call my kids and my phone was locked for 30 minutes because someone had been trying ti put in the password multiple times, and what got me was that he said multiple times up till me walking to the front after he had just walked up there not even 1 minute prior. this manager is very very unprofessional. I need to know what solution will be done with this individual. if not, I will return all i bought prior and the office that i am at will not either.i hope there are better people than this man in your company, and I am sure he isnt good to the people that work under him. thank you for your time to read this

At the shipping area, the associate Becky was pretty rude when she noticed me standing at the counter with an un wrapped painting. She stated I dont package artwork!. Not, can I help you, or I apologize, its not our policy, or could I direct you to someone who could help you. She didnt even get up from her stool. I do know, that the rest of the associated were very friendly and helpful.

I was able to find what I wanted pretty quickly, and then at checkout I asked the sales lady about one of my choices and she suggested another one I was looking at would be better quality which is what I was wondering. So she waited will I went and got an exchange. Luckily no one was in line behind me. The store seems fresh and clean, and I was greeted soon after entry. And I found a couple of other items for Christmas presents that I did not have in mind when I entered the store, so that was great.

Im from out of town and am staying on Fort Gordon I received some information that needed to be printed. I checked online but all of the Office Max/Depot(s) around received horrible reviews and so I saw this Staples and decided to make the 40 minute drive. It was worth it, I was greeted immediately and I informed them of what I needed and how quickly they worked to make sure everything was taken care of quickly. The customer service was phenomenal, which is true Southern Hospitality. In Augusta is just bad attitudes people act as if they are annoyed to help you but coming here made everything better Im extremely happy I made the drive and I have everything I need. If you need a job done quickly and the right way, make the drive and come to Aiken -- its worth it!!!!

Clean and well stocked. Aisles clearly marked. Not over crammed aisles which seems other stores are doing. Friendly staff.

I deal with making copies with email. I had one issue though they helped. I was making large copies not normal or legal. They resent the email to me no extra charge. They also have fabric markers in stock which I dont see at others store besides Staples.

I called to ask if they had the product i wanted they said yes. When i got here they didnt have it. The service is horrible. I walked all over the stote and could not get any help.

Always excellent customer service. Ladies at the printer station are great. One of them gave me a great deal and I cant thank her enough

Great office supply store that also recycles electronics, which made my life incredibly easier today. (Just make sure to wipe your hard drive prior to recycling.)

Everything I needed was easy to find. The aisles are well marked and organized. I was also able to ship a package via UPS.

I took my iPhone for a screen replacement. Great customer support . Filled out paperwork, we went over Staples check sheet for any issues. Prepaid for services and left a callback number for when they were complete and the time they estimated would be the next day some where close se to 3 . I wasn’t in a hurry so it did not matter. I live close and went by around 5 pm. My phone was ready, just never a call back for when repaired. The young man went over the checklist to verify everything was functioning and off I went.. super pleased and 5 star here😊!

We love Staples Business Center. We ship with them and do other business functions that we cant do at home. They always provide a smiling, patient face. They are a great amenity to Aiken.

This is a good store especially for a small town, they have a good selection of products for their size and will go out of their way to help you get the right stuff or help you save money.

I walked out determined not to do business with someone who cares nothing about their patrons. I asked a lady who was busy making copies if there was a trash can (there wasn’t one outside). She said “there’s one back here....” and went on with her copying (I guess she expected me to find my way behind the counter). Sheesh! Goodbye

Ths Staples in Aiken SC is a big joke i had copies made and they were not in order and the nobody would help me staple the copies the staplers did not work good did not jave enough staples and still nobody would help me WoW yes really that bad
