I’d give less if I could. My oldest son went there for daycare through preschool and he graduated and the staff was great. We made the choice to try with my youngest son; he went to the toddler room where my oldest never went. He was there for more than a couple weeks before he had a complete attitude change. He always cried when we came and all of a sudden, when we came home he would cling to me, and when we needed to change his diaper, he would scream and cry and cover himself. Begging us to stop. We would have to constantly reassure him we wouldn’t hurt him. He never did that before going, and since he left he has stopped and is fine with us changing him, but doesn’t like if you leave him uncovered or still can’t be naked without covering and getting upset. Something happened in that place. My son is very loving and affectionate. That place for the time he was there, turned him into a scared little boy. I don’t know if they did something to him. But I would think twice before you send your little ones there!

This school is so beautiful. The colorful ambience makes you feel at home . They also have beautiful pets walking around. My son loves the birds.

The staff is respectful and understanding during a hard time ms .Mary said a prayer for me I love this place

I have used many daycares throughout my childrens lives, and I have to say that A Beautiful Child is by far my favorite! Many daycares feel very corporate and your child seems like just a number, but at this daycare, they give everyone their personal touch. Each child is important and recognized as the precious individual that they all are. I highly recommend A Beautiful Child and their Staff!

If I could report less then one star I would this daycare is HORRIBLE with babies and wonderful with the older kids. The infant room smells and some pretty messed up things go on in there. They focus more on a routine then the infants needs. They never smile and are always bossy instead of caring and motivating your child I would never put my child here again as in infant. I have had issues before and reported them to the office where my almost 2 year old son was being told shut up you can cry all you want to I dont even care and the woman proceeded to take my sons arm while he was in the play pen and push him down while she had a hold of his arm so he would not be standing in it. My son is tiny he is a hand full Ill give you that he was born at 27 weeks today he is 5 yrs and 9 months old and still only weighs 29 lbs so you can imagine how small he was then. Nothing was ever done to fix this or address the issue. Now my daughter whom was 8 at the time was treated very well and never had one problem the whole 2 or 3 years she went there. They need to not be allowed to care for infants in my opinion which seems like everyone else opinion as well.

If I could rate these people in the negatives I would.. They used all of my childs diapers and I sent her with 10+, they lost my childs pants and would not give an explanation whatsoever.. my child has been here for 7 days and these individuals are CLUELESS on proper childcare.. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DAYCARE!!!! AND MS KIM IS VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED & I WILL BE REPORTING THIS DAYCARE AS WELL!

This place is horrible. I have so much to say about why not to send your child there. They don’t care about the kids. Everytime I had a problem the director said well it’s just a lot going on that’s not ok to say when you have someone’s baby. My baby had a diaper rash/ yeast infection because they didn’t change my baby diaper. I went to the office and gave the medicine they said they was gonna use it. I got back after work they said they could use it because I didn’t give a prescription well they didn’t tell none of that when I droppped it off my baby needed that 4 times a day her butt was raw I was so hurt that they didn’t even call and say nothing to meThey said she was all out of formula and wash cloths not True they never even looked in her diaper bag to see what she had in there. They sent my baby home with someone elsss clothes on. They walk around the baby’s room with their out door shoes on. It’s cats and dogs there. The baby room stinks.I gave them a try but the diaper rash was the last straw especially when all she had to say it a lot going one. Well if she would hire people with experience instead of high school students.!DONT SEND YOUR KID HERE. NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED FIR NOTHINGGGGGGGGG!!

Staff is absolutely rude. A employee threatened me while I was picking up my children after I asked why she had an attitude towards me.

This was my first experience with a daycare for my son, and I absolutely made the worst choice for a daycare. Rude nasty people work here! Do not take your child to this place!

The absolute WORST experience Ive ever had worth a daycare! The scheduler discriminates against people doing online schooling and told me online schooling isnt important. I get title 20 and they verify my schooling but that wasnt good enough for her. She wanted to call my school herself. Then when I asked questions about their policies on that- she threatened to call police on me and told me to leave!

Mrs. Chris I very rude !!! The way she speaks to customers over the phone I would never want my child around her ! She took all my daughter absent days away just to be spiteful . Then overcharged us $120 for one day missed ! All cause my daughter doesnt go to daycare 5 days a week ! She one ! She doesnt need to go that much if Im home ! Very unprofessional & im very disgusted by them ! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS
