I totally agree - Impossible to do business with this company. The owner is completely unstable. If you post a low review she will cyberbully and harass you thus she continues to get away with terrible, unethical business practices. Tried to order three different times was charged once - spent $56 on food coloring & play dough only to never receive anything and have them argue about giving me a refund and subsequently start attacking and harassing me. My child was so disappointed after checking the mailbox daily for weeks and it was a total aggravation. Its a shame because the concept is great and worth the extra expense but Ill never order again.

Really hard to do business with those people. Wont buy again.
