UNRELIABLE. Reserved 3.5 hr sailing lesson during my San Fran vacation. Drove 45 minutes to Alameda 15 minutes before lesson as instructed only to find office locked and no one around for lesson. Tried calling and e-mailing to find out what was going on but no response. Waited an hour for someone to show up. 4 Days later and I still have not received any response or explanation. Thanks Nautica Group for wasting half a day of my vacation.
