DISHONEST! I ordered a printer listed on the stores website as available for pickup in an hour. Notified that my order could not be fulfilled because it was a display model. Why would the website say it was available if it wasnt?

First customer in the shop, the guy didnt want to help me before I used their queue service. They just lost a client. I will not come back here. His name is Lee

They are always helpful when faxing are doing project work.Wait inside not outside. Still have wear a mask.Lines are short do to their automotive system- behind the counter or at the copier.Outside of delievery and copier process their fees are high.😷🌻

First time I visited this location. Blew up a photo to 16 x 20, with their help. She offered great advice on paper to use, so I ended up with a superior product at a reasonable price. So good I ordered a second. Wonderful local store.

We always get our business cards made in this officemax in Alameda because people always have time to help and at the end they make some good products but this time they were in a rush or something because my business cards were not the same they cutting them like if they rushed . To be honest they didnt not pay attention at all its pretty sad that they dont care about customer satisfaction.

I tried the order on line pick up at store feature and had to wait in the store for 39 minutes for help once they had a person to assist the one busy with another customer all that time then less than 2min. and I was out..I well think again if in a hurry this may not be the best way to do this..

Too few employees to help you find what you are looking for. On one visit I had my very small dog with me and I was trying to ask an associate a question and she ran away from me screaming because she said she was afraid of the dog that weighs 7 pounds. I found that ridiculous and rude. My dog was leashed and very well behaved. She is a service dog.

Helpful, well-trained staff. Credit for used printer cartridges. Inexpensive back to school stuff.

I love it, the glue I bought was ONLY 1 cent if you spent $5 dollars! But, I didnt give it 5 stars because it was confusing when I counted how much its was TOTAL ALL TOGETHER!
