I dont have much need for office supplies. I went there to send a UPS parcel. As I was looking for the counter, a clerk asked if I was looking for UPS (box in hand), directed me, and proceeded to help me. What I was most impressed by was the work that has been done to make shopping safe during the pandemic. Markings are very visible and easy to understand. Theres a box at the door to dispose of used mask/gloves. Whoever did the planning was very competent.

Ms. Carol was awesome with customer service , She made it a pleasant shopping expirience . Good Job !

This place has the worst customer service! You can never get any help at all!!

The store is self is good and the copy and print area is great. However the prices for electric items are not competitive and the parking lot is about 10 years overdue to be restriped causing it to be an unsafe cluster. Probably best to stick with Amazon unless you are in a pinch.

Clean, neat and organized store. Some interesting items you wouldnt expect in an office supply store. Staff is wonderful.

Purchased a router and was manipulated by the supervisor David to purchase the setup fee and protection plan. Was told that I would be unable to just plug it in without professional assistance. All newer modems are now programmed that way. When I got home I plugged it in and was able to set it up with no issues. When i called to complain about the misleading information, David fully denied and started trying to say it was just a suggestion. Unprofessional and Munipulative practice.UPDATE: Manager contacted me and resolved my issue.

Awful experience. Went in to have my HP worked on, and the GM was being extremely rude to the employee handling my pc in front of me. Multiple times Ive been in and seen extremely rude comments made from this woman to other employees out in the open. Its no wonder why Staples in Alamogordo cannot keep its employees. The manager by the name of Jerry? is extremely incompetent in regards to being professional. Will not be going back and most definitely will be recommending other businesses and services to my fellows. Staples here sucks.

In and out. As a remodeler, I do plenty of printing on the fly. Just email it to them and its ready. Not like some other where you need to down load a hefty app to print online. Loved the staff.

Standard store organization...helpful employees...willing to answer questions. Good selection of laptops and printers.

Dont expect assistance both times ive been in to fax something i have to ask the employee behind the counter for help even though im standing there showing obvious signs of someone that needs help. Guess i come from the retail mindset greet and ask if need help, but if customer is still there a few minuets later just walk by and ask if they are doing alright not ignore them and hope they dont need help. I will continue to look on this minimalist town for a better option.

Stopped by this store around 8am & when I was ready to check out about 5 minutes later I stood behind 3 people in the copy center, because there was only 3 workers there @ different counters. None of them seemed busy with anything. Finally the copy center girl started helping the first customer with her print job & they saw I was holding one item & just needed to check out. So a bitter old woman came around the counter & said she would help me @ another register. I stood there & patiently waited for my receipt, she then told me not to come back before 9am, because thats when the cashier gets there! lol, Ive never had problems @ this store before!! mean old bitty

Workers are kind, very friendly. This store has most of what I need. Very satisfied.

Looks like the cashier is racist. she had a hard time meeting my needs. i wont ever come back.

This was a brief stop for some pen refills. Staff helped quickly.

It was like they werent doing Black Friday, I had to look the prices up online and find the product check the sku and stuff wad priced the reg. Price on the shelf, but rang up at the sale price.

15$ for 10 usable photo prints but with bad quality. Three printed twice. And two are not usable because of the wrong size. Never again!

I was shocked to learn that a box at STAPLES cost $23. When I was told that the cost to ship via UPS was $46 I didnt realize that half that cost was the box. I could have dug a box out of the trash for $0. No wonder companies like this are going out of business.
