Laviano Jiu Jitsu provides excellent instruction for those that want to learn jiu jitsu. The curriculum emphasizes the fundamentals of Brazilian jiu jitsu, which is self defense. In addition, the sportier techniques are taught for folks interested in competition. The instructors teach both go and no gi. Friendly, positive environment.
