I love everything about Heritage. Ms.Taylor is amazing. She teaches you everything you need to pass and to continue on your journey❤️. Ms.Taylor has inspired me to go after what I want and inspired me not to give up on myself when I know I can do better❤️. heritage is a true blessing for anyone who really wants to learn and make a better way for themselves.

Staff was great. Everything was safe and good environment. When I first started. I didn’t like it. But everything was okay.

I love this school. The instructor is very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I understand every skill. It offers a great learning environment. I would also like to thank Ms Taylor for everything she has done to help me. The previous school I attended is no comparison to Heritage. This school is definitely the place to go.

I recently took the MA class and Ms Taylor and her staff were very professional and helped me so much. I started working as a MA before I even took my state exam! The class was easy but you must put the work in in order to get great results. Ms. Taylor is truly the best and I thank God for her offering these services. She is excellent with job placement. I would recommend this school to anyone who is trying to create a better life/future. Don’t waste anymore time, go apply!!

My child attended the classes. She paid for these classes. She was supposed to take her certification in December of last year. For some reason this class for certification. My child and me have been trying to get her registered for the certification class but heritage will not help her as they stated they would. They keep saying we will call you or email you. We hear nothing so we call and get the same story. Been going around and around since December 2018. My child is still not certified. It was a waste of time and money. We paid for something we did not receive.

Just called to ask about enrollment rate verses drop rate.. And was told that graduation rate was 100 percent...What a joke...There is no place that has 100 percent graduation rate.. Then went confronted with providing info ..changed to oh we had some drop due to medical...Then I asked about reviews on Google and was told I needed to come in to request information and they would have to get back with me...Why so defensive..If you are as good as you say you are you would be proud to give all requested info without being so unprofessional to a prospective student...

I joined Hertiage Health Career center with a view of taking the certified Medical Assistant exam and learning as much possible about that field. Teachers such as Mrs.Palmer and Mrs Taylor were incredibly friendly and helpful so there was no place for shyness .But what i found most useful were indispensable techniques given by Mrs. Taylor and her dedication to trace my progress and correcting my mistakes . I highly recommend this school to everyone who wants to achieve their certified medical assistant licenses in a short amount of time and reasonable price .

Worst school I have ever been to. I got kicked out of class for showing somebody a different way to do a procedure. Payed extra for a review day before the exam day of the review day it was cancelled and to fight to get money back. Was told I will not make it a day in health care. I have been in the Health career field for now over 6 years avoided like the plague only wants your money doesnt care about you one bit. Says she will help you find a job she reported to people not to hire me.

I took the phlebotomy class here I wish I could get the time and money back for this. It was all a waste of time! The instructor took final payments (which totaled to be from $900 to $1100 in all) from all students on the last day of class, then 30 minutes later dismissed the entire class because someone said the class cheated on a test. She also claimed it was caught on camera but when we asked to view the tape her rude and unprofessional comment was I dont have to show you anything, now goodbye your dismissed . Other people who took the course before me are still unable to find jobs with the certification used from this center. If you dont get hired with someone who contracts with her you wont have a job. If you dont have money to just throw away I highly suggest you choose a different route. They put on a good front but really dont know what theyre talking about. One of the instructors I had was said to be a RN for the last 10 years but couldnt even pronounce the words neurology or neuropathy. The secretary was the only nice one with sense. Its a scam in my opinion, RUN THE OTHER WAY AND RUN FAST !!!

Heard exceptional things about this agency, decided to give it a try a month into training the instructor quit because the head put another instructor in to assist rudely , after that the learning curve went sideways I continued to read an practice materials but it got to the point where no instructor was present on some days, I performed tests but never saw my grades did skills an completed the entire training to be out of 800 dollars an no certification due to gossip, an unprofessionalism. The head quoted she’d Call me back regarding the matter, never heard from them even after calling the facility, I prayed about the matter an moved on.

Awesome place of business. The programs are exceptional. Ms.Taylor has staff that teaches with excellence.

I am taking CNA night classes and i absolutely LOVE MISS WALKER!!! She explains it like no other. Shes very up beat and keeps everything ALIVE and smooth sailing... SHES DEF top DAWG !!!!
