Do not work here...Im not joking. I worked here over a month and half ago and still have not received a pay check. I called and asked for it to be sent by mail. That was over a week and a half ago. No lunch breaks, not even offered. Not even unpaid. Theres a fixed pay rate no matter how many hours you work. Theres so many labor violations, Ill be filing a complaint with a labor department today. I hope you guys pay me, or you can add that to the list of complaints. Its called unpaid wages, you need to pay workers that quit, too.

Do not sign up to take an exam here. Anywhere but here! I was signed up to take an exam. No one was there and there were several other people waiting. No communication. Total waste of time and very inconvenient. It will be a few weeks before I can retake, I will make sure I do NOT schedule it here. BEWARE

Booked this center for a certification, the test center was closed they didnt even care to notify or call us to inform the test center was closed. No sign on the door that center is closed. Have to wait till the start of exam time then had to call customer service to check what was happening. There was another student waiting there informed this has happened to him 5th time. Dont choose this test center. A day went waste.

The office was closed for my scheduled exam. The others who were at the office reported it was their 2 or 3rd time where no one showed up.DO NOT SCHEDULE your exams here.

Hit or miss, I have scheduled two tests to take at this center the first one was good. Clean, nice test environment. The only problem is that for my second test that I was going to take at the learning center, they had a power outage at night and could not resume functions for 2pm the next day. Building operations management is poor. I didn’t get a notification of the test cancellation until 10am not even a sense of urgency to alert their test candidates. This is very poorly run as a business aspect, but for the test environment it is a good site to take a test if it is actually up and running.

The last time I tested here, everything was fine. The staff was professional and I was not seated near anyone (COVID precautions). I had a good experience. Today, I went back to take another exam and I was horrified at the fact that there were 3 people within my 6 foot radius. There was no 6 foot distance between me and the next tester, whether that be next to me or across the way. The staff was still professional, but I was extremely concerned having to sit directly next to 3 people for hours.

I took an exam at AVNA and the woman who helped sign me in was extremely kind and helpful.

Office closed with no notice and i couldn’t take my test. do not schedule anything here. when i called to complain the representative was rude. again don’t do business here.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The facility was emaculate plenty of social distancing and sanitizer. There were several testing rooms so everyone was not cramed into 1 room. I hope to use this facility for all my testing

Wonderful place to take an exam. The admin at the front desk was welcoming and had everything in order. I was quickly moved through processing to sit for my exam. The exam room is quiet with noise cancelling headsets. Everything is clean and orderly just a great and comfortable place to concentrate.

This testing center was a very professional and pleasant place to be at. I felt very comfortable in each of the testing rooms and lobbies because of the professional atmosphere and overall feel. I highly recommend anyone who desires to take any exams do so here.

The proctor was incredibly professional and very helpful. Equipment was all in great condition, and there were minimal noises and distractions during the testing. Facility was very well maintained, and testing procedure was very straightforward. Great experience!

The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Great energy as soon as you walk in. Really put me at ease just before a stressful test. The location and facility was easily accessible and i would recommend it to anyone.

My testing experience at the AVNA Learning Center was very good, the facility is very quiet and comfortable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this learning center if you plan to take any certifications such as the CCENT, CCNA, etc.

Was visiting for work and decided to take the test here instead. Very clean and friendly place. Made me feel comfortable during stressful times like these. Thank you guys!

I showed up 20 minutes early for my exam, and was taken in 30 minutes late. I wound up waiting with 5 other test takers in the lobby, because the test takers already on site were having issues with tests not being approved, and computers freezing. There was one employee on site for the entire facility. Go elsewhere. I plan to.
