The Old Harwood Girls School , besides being a historic monument to higher_education , is now an Art_Studio , with various art_showings and private_classes .

One of the things staff at Harwood like to say is art is for everyone, and they really live by that motto. They create classes, workshops, and exhibitions for artists (and creatively-minded people) of all ages, and are an excellent resource for the Downtown-area. Friendly, fun, thoughtful, and dedicated to making sure everyone has access to art and artistic expression, Albuquerque is truly fortunate to have Harwood Art Center.
