Great instruction and delicious food!

My wife found this place on line for easter lunch. The food was amazing and worth every penny. I will totally order from them again.

Had my first cooking class with Jan a couple of nights ago. I had so much fun and especially liked participating in prepping the food. The interaction with Jan and the other participants made the experience enjoyable. I am looking forward to taking more classes. I would recommend this to the novice or experienced cook. I learned so much and getting to eat the food was the best part!

Last night was my second class at Jans -- Cooking for One. There was a great crowd and we prepared a whole lot of food using products for more than just one dish. Jan showed us great ways to use products in several different and diverse ways so that we were not left with a lot of extra ingredients that we didnt know what to do with. I have been cooking for many years but I have learned new things from both of Jans classes and Im hoping to take more in the future.
