My child is neglected here I asked for incident reports never got them child returns to me with bruises on arms and legs bad bad rash as if they dont know how to change diapers management unprofessional argues that staff is is excellent and they act like they never dealt with a hyper child if allowed to see videos you will see your child is abused and in baby room they are not held not loved but thrown and left in swing with blanket holding bottle or on bouncer and boppy how they are 5 stars is beyond me

My son was in this day care for about 2 1/2 years. The staff were awesome and my Son absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this place.

I would recommend Altamonte daycare to anyone with young children. My 3 and 5 year old went here and I feel like they learned a lot. They prepared my son for kindergarten and made the cutest graduation ceremony for him and his class, it was nice of them to make it special for them. My 3 year old was learning a lot as well. The staff are very kind and respectful. The director is awesome she will assist you in anything you need and will meet your needs the best she can! I like that they serve dinner when I couldn’t pick them up by 530.

I love and am so grateful for Altamonte! My daughter began at Altamonte at 13 weeks old. She is my first child and I was so inexperienced. I had no doubt about the great care she was receiving while I was away, but I was surprised at how much I learned form the care providers at Altamonte. They guided me through things like home remedies for diaper rash, teething soothers, and introducing table food. I feel they genuinely care about, are enthusiastic about, and are invested in my daughters development. Another thing I love about Altamonte, that I didnt even really think about when choosing a daycare, is the diversity of the staff. My daughter is bi-racial, and I am really happy that my daughter gets to experience the care and leadership of women from so many different backgrounds. Obviously I dont know everyone ethnic background (I dont ask), but the diversity is clear.

1st time seeking Daycare for my child it was really nerve wracking for me and my son his been at 3 daycares and finally found one.. I still have that fear every parent has when it comes to daycares not knowing whats going to happen but I love how Altamonte lets you watch your child tru the app it gives me a peace of mind knowing his ok. Well now him and his little brother will both be at the daycare Im so nervous esp with my little who is going to be attending Altamonte at 6 weeks old im going to be so nervous stressed, worried everything in between. I just hope they offer a little bit more wit the nee infants that are coming.

Good daycare and good before and after school program, but when it comes to certain holidays they are closed and I have to go to other daycares for services for my children which is a hastle and not mention pretty expensive, I shouldnt have to look for somewhere else to watch my baby when I already have a place to go to......

They act like they have never dealt with a hyper child before. The new manager is rude. My son was never a problem with the previous manager. Lazy management.
