Its been over a month that I was told my son needed to leave and I still have not received my payment refund from them or the owner. Ive tried calling multiple times and because they have called ID they know its me calling and they wont answer my calls to discuss my refund. Teachers cant communicate with parents or each other teachers to resolve issues. Theyve had multiple covid cases probably because the adults dont wear their masks all the time nor how they should.

My kids love the new playground equipment. Also love the new policies for cleaning. I already thought they were clean, this just makes me feel even more comfortable with my childrens health.

My daughter has been with this daycare for over a year. Every morning and afternoon we get greeted while walking in and out. Her teachers have been great with her which I really appreciate. The teachers are very welcoming which made it easy for me to get to know them on a personal level. Which makes it easy for me to drop her off daily because I know she will be in good hands!!! They have also made many improvements with the daycare over the last couple of months which is a plus. The new playground equipment and shade tents are a great addition to the daycare. I recommend this daycare if your looking for a welcoming place that gives great care to your kids!

I absolutely love this daycare!! The staff are amazing. They have always been so helpful in making my children feel comfortable. As a foster parent it is very important that my children are welcomed with open arms they have been through so much change any new environment is a challenge, and ABC preschool is so loving and caring to all of my kids. I work directly across the street from the daycare. I stop in often to check on my children and every time they are happy. They make excellent food for the kids its freshly made in their kitchen. I have had children of all ages 10 months 2 years and school age and each teacher is personable and very easy to talk to. The school age kids have a great summer program every day they take them on a field trip. If you want a very down to earth family like environment for your children to be this daycare is the place. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love the staff. They are friendly and great with the kids. My son has been coming here for 3 years, I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. I love the new Director, and the newly remodeled facility. Not to mention it is a five star daycare/preschool! I highly recommend this daycare!

This was a horrible school we were promised to have proper care of our family but instead we were paying for nothing she wasnt there because she was sent home everyday and it cuts into peoples work and other important things in life i recommend that a investigation be held at this place to truly find out what kind of care these children are getting we also have been sending diapers and wipes specifically for OUR CHILD they promise and there is no possible way in 1 or two days over 100 diapers and wipes can be used on our kidPS PARENTS DO NOT BRING THE INFANTS OR TODDLERS HERE I WOULD RATE THIS 0 STARS IF I COULD

This place is HORRID!!!! They let my children go based on, well nothing really. My husband went in there to check on my son and ask them questions about problems weve been having with them and the two faced director would not answer his questions and decided to let us go. When we first took a tour they made it sound like the place was getting renovated right away and their attitudes were welcoming and inviting at the time. Now months later no renovations and nothing but disgusting attitudes. My oldest son got picked on and the staff showed no care or concern. If there was an option for no stars I would definitely give no stars. The place is dirty and needs cleaning which we mentioned. The ladies in front really need an attitude check. Stay Far Away From Here!!!!!

I absolutely love this daycare/preschool! I had a very bad experience with my youngest child who was speech delayed and was getting treated horribly at another center. ABC preschool has been amazing to both of my children and they helped with potty training my son! They have been going there since 2015! I recommend this center for kiddos of all age! Thank you ABC preschool

ABC Daycare went above and beyond expectations! My surrogate daughter lost her mother earlier this year and I had to fight for custody and arrange all the funeral details and handle all of our familys heartbreak. They were there for us 100% and were more than willing to work with us on any needs while we got everything sorted out. They mourned with us with the loss and celebrated with us when I was awarded guardianship. I cant thank them enough. And now Im blown away by how much my daughter is learning to speak with their tutelage. More than that, though, they have, also, worked on teaching her manners and to be kind to others.

I have been with ABC for almost a year now, and just ended our services because my son will be starting school. They have been great, very caring and amazing teachers and great curriculum. When we left they gave us a portfolio of my sons art work, progress report, pictures of him playing/coloring/learning which made me feel the lasting relationship I had with these great people. Ms Carol and Tarah have been great we will miss you! And now that you have expanded for after school care, I believe we will be back soon!!

I love it here this facility is amazing! The people here are all wonderful! My son has Autism and very few does he ever come home talking about. He comes home begging me to go back everyday!And every morning its Mommy after my Mrs.Yager, can I go to ABC please?Amazing. :) love it! Also I noticed that wherever I went everything was being wiped down. Its always clean. There was always a great school based curriculum being used. We just moved from Florida back in October, my daughter had already been in school a year. So when we came here and she couldnt go to school like her brothers she was hurt. Being in ABC she looks forward to school again. She loves to learn she wakes up every morning knowing Mommy I have to go to school.Carol, Tara, Shane, everyone they are always smiling and positive in their instruction and direction whether in their teachings or in their discipline theres always a positive lesson and a smile coming out of it. ABC is the best preschool/daycare thus far that Ive seen and Ive been to three. Time to change some star ratings.

I have been taking my grandkids to ABC for almost 5 years. Deb & Rochelle have been nothing less than amazing. I have been through some rough times and they have been so supportive and helpful - I could not have done it without them. The staff is also amazing - Ricki, Bell, Alma, Christine, Tina (too many to list them all) but all of them are wonderful. Faith loves to go to school every day and has learned so much. I cant thank the staff at ABC enough for all they do!!!!

Ive had the same problem as another few families with pull ups and wipes they wanted me to bring a box of diapers but I didnt feel that that was necessary because it was just for my daughter I would bring six diapers a day and when I leave I will leave them there and bring more the next day they decided to let me go because I did not want to bring a box of diapers so that they can use on other children my daughter was always wet when I picked her up the staff was very rude and tried to fight my as I was leaving the center its dirty always my daughter bought a viral infection because this day care is never properly cleaned yuck honestly o wasted my time and money on a center that doesnt deserve it please dont bring youre kids here take them somewhere else take my advice
