I love this school, the teaching staff, faculty and administration. The students are clearly the focus but the teachers are exceptional and treat the students as important and valuable. Bravo!

This school has been a saving grace for our kids. It is small but the teachers are qualified and they all have heart. They want to build relationships with all their students which is such a key aspect that is forgotten about in larger traditional classroons. Students want to learn, and the students have great comeraderie. The curriculum is higher level and challenging. My kids are both reading about 3 years ahead of their grade levels. This was the best decision my husband and I ever made and we are grateful and blessed. Also, I have worked for APS for 17 years as a teacher and we still chose this school over APS for the size, curriculum and teachers. The principals and teachers have been amazing during covid. Even in snowy and windy weather they are taking the temperature and tracking g students and keeping them safe and healthy.

We have sent both of our kids to the preschool program and absolutely love the school ! All of our lead teachers have had BA degrees as well as experience teaching an APS. Their professionalism as educators shows throughout the curriculum.It’s easy to get through to the administration and we had it relatively low student to teacher ratios .Also our assistant teachers were kind and very supportive professionals . They kept us well-informed and were loving and patient to our children. It was very reassuring that they would be around good people especially when I would have to have a long workday.If you’re on the fence about where to go you should really take a tour. We are also working parents who needed extra care hours and they had terrific flexibility for that. The tuition is especially reasonable and they do have payment plans should you need one.

My two children, second grader and kindergartener, have been attending Eastern Hills since pre-school. Throughout these years, my love and faith in the community and the teachers of the school have only strengthened. The entire staff of the school has created a phenomenal educational program, a safe environment, and a culture where every child is cherished for who they are. The small class sizes allow for teachers to give individualized attention to every child, allows them to grow and excel at their strengths, and engages parents for an inclusive environment. The administrator, Camille Miller, has a genuine passion for seeing every child grow in their faith and love to learn. This is the best faith-based, small school learning environment in Albuquerque. The school also offers before and after care, is centrally located, as well offers extremely affordable tuition.

We were so blessed to find out about Eastern Hills Christian Academy. I searched for 9 months for a school for my daughter for first grade. I think I went to every school in town before I heard about Eastern Hills. I wasnt happy with anything. Thank God we found Eastern Hills. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the place for us. Every time I drop my daughter off, I feel like Im dropping her off to Heaven. I kid you not! I have been more than happy with this school. The academics are incredible as well as the values taught and they way they really stick to the Bible. The school is clean and its so safe. They have the absolute BEST teachers. I have been happy with every teacher and I really just cant say enough good things about this school. My younger two children will definitely go here, too. I highly highly recommend this school!

They do not practice what they preach.

We feel so fortunate to have found EHCA! Our son is simply thriving academically, growing spiritually and is so happy everyday! EHCA takes full advantage of the small class sizes and the individual attention each student receives is unmatched. The robust curriculum features accelerated reading and math programs that allow your child to move along at a challenging and rewarding pace. The supervision, discipline and weekly communication from teachers help tremendously. The teachers are very experienced and extremely dedicated in creating a fun and exciting learning environment. We are really happy with the well-rounded “pull outs” EHCA provides: PE twice a week, music twice, art every other week and Spanish and Chapel weekly. The elementary day is structured to provide ample recess time (3 recesses!) and students also enjoy a full 30 minute lunch break. The very best part of EHCA though, is Mrs. Camille Miller, the stellar Administrator. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor, poise, leadership, faithfulness and calming presence is felt all throughout the school. She has created an incredible culture of kindness, respect and most importantly a true love of God and learning.

Our daughter is at Estern Hills and she loves it. Safe, clean and affordable we will be sending our two other kids to Estern Hills.

Both of my children have been attending EHCA since they were 3 years old, and they are now in 8th and 5th grade. They have received a strong academic foundation at EHCA. Even better, they have learned about Christs love and how it can change their lives. There is a family atmosphere and the staff genuinely care about the students. The middle school provides a safe environment for students during those critical years, as well as providing some amazing opportunities for students to serve in the community and around the world!
