Our transaction of buying and then reselling a $700,000.00 property went amazingly smooth from initial purchase through the closing. His amicable mindset allowed me, the investor to profit as he and I deemed reasonable, while he (as in many of his transactions) offered a discounted commission so I could meet my investment goal. The investor is the at risk side of the transaction, so when your realtor is willing to lessen his monetary position so you meet your investment goals, you have created a win win situation. This approach has participated in his success in the real estate industry. After owning this property for approximately 25 days (yes thats correct, days) it was sold and closed a second time in less than 30 days. He earned a handsome commission (discounted) and I the investor walked with a great profit. Would I use Russell again? Yes and he will be recommended to other potential clients as well.

She advocated for me and was able to get several household items to convey that the seller originally said they were not going to haggle.
