Bhanus mindfulness courses are so good! With her background as a trauma therapist she brings a whole additional skill set and knowledge base to helping people build the practice. Ive known for a long time that mindfulness would be beneficial for me, but Ive struggled to find a way to make it work for me and felt shame over lacking discipline. Bhanus classes are introducing me to a range of techniques and Im discovering that some of them are much better for me than others. Her class environment is warm and welcoming and she is very adaptable to her students needs. I cannot recommend her courses enough. She is the best teacher of mindfulness I have found.
