Terrible communication, very high turn over of staff, highly chaotic environment. Strongly do not recommend to any parents with kids who are sensitive.

My two daughters attend Chesterbrook and we couldnt be happier with our choice. My two year old started in the infant room and has flourished into a happy, inquisitive, helpful little girl. We love the teachers and staff so much that my 6 month old started in the infant room this summer.The teachers and staff really care about my girls.The Tadpoles app used by Chesterbrook is a great upgrade to the paper reports each day. Now we get pictures and details about what has happened each and every day in an email or in the secure app.

We love Chesterbrook! Out son had a hard time adjusting to a proper school after being watched by a private babysitter and his grandma, but his teachers are awesome and really helped him open up. He now loves school and his friends at Chesterbrook!! He comes home everyday happy and has learned so much!

Our daughter has attended Chesterbrook 807 for a little over 2 months in the pre-k 2 class and we are in awe of her progress. The adjustment from a less academically structured environment previously in another state to structure with academic expectations at Chesterbrook took some time, but it was so worth it! She finds any excuse to practice writing and pointing out letters and numbers-the preparation for kindergarten is outstanding and measurable-I could not recommend Chesterbrook more! We are so pleased we chose Chesterbrook and our daughter will forever be changed with her vast progress and newfound joy in learning!

I used to work there so I know some of the ends and outs! Very unorganized, & unprofessional! They cant keep staff and are strictly for the numbers! Dont be fooled! You have been warned!!!

All the teachers at Noyes and John Burroughs daycare are Going to be attending chesterbrook academy next fall. And it is a open house there just finishing renovating it. All the preschool will be attending chesterbrook academy there is a Chinese class and outdoor class and a science class I gust I will be going there for prekindergartion and kindergarten. And the personal please leave your child home with a bottle of water. It will be code Orange I like my daughter Michelle to have Ms Natasha.

This is the worst place ever. I wish I could give 0 stars or negative stars. Most of the staff is only there for a check. The infant room teachers are great, except Shonovia. She has the worse attitude and talks down to her other teachers. The toddler room is full of mean, petty, disrespectful teachers who dont care for the kids at all. The 2s class is CRAZY! There is no structure as they talk to the kids in a terrible manner! The 3s class is crazy as well. Danait isnt a great teacher, but doesnt know how to teach. Decoia is an awesome teacher along with Krystal! Shannan, Jasmine, Yesi....Dont know how to teach at all and the lead teacher doesnt care for the kids at all. Prek1 is okay. The teachers have pretty given up for the most part, but still attempt at least. Sarah is a good teacher. She just seems stressed sometimes. Prek2, AWFUL!!!!! The teachers dont care for those kids at all and all they do is yell and talk down to those kids. Linda used to be great, but needs to give it up now. Toya just sits on her phone and Brittany is a follower and does whatever the other teachers do. The old Brittany who was in that class (left to have her daughter) was better and should definitely come back. Kindergarten is great when the right teacher is there. B/A is terrible because they dont have a plan or curriculum for the kids and the kids dont have their own space. The kids just do what they want. The management is okay. Kim is great, but talk about the staff to other staff members, Alyssa doesnt know what shes doing and always says I dont know! To everything! Jessica is great, but can stop snitching about every little thing. All of the good reports is because they offered a free parent date night to those who left good reviews. Thats just sad.This is from a teacher who has worked in EVERY classroom and no longer work there due to how bad it is.

Chesterbrook Academy (CBA) was one of several daycares I delivered to for my company when we moved to NOVA (before having kids). After seeing so many daycares as an invisible delivery guy instead of a prospective client I told my wife CBA was the only one I would trust to watch any children we ever have. We now have two children. One of my children happily attended daycare here until they started school, and was more than prepared to start Kindergarten. My other child attends and happily goes to class, is well cared for, and growing/learning every day. Thank you to all the instructors and staff.
