This was my school when I was back home in between school and a job and it helped me keep my sanity. Chuck is a fantastic instructor and the community is great for any level. Kids, men, and women are all welcome and respected. You get out you put in effort for; whether for exercise, defense or competition, all forms of training are encouraged.

This place is amazing!!! I have been going here for almost 3 years now and cant get enough of the kickboxing and jiu jitsu classes! I started here for the workout and was down 35 lbs within no time. Its like getting a personal trainer and self defense instructor all rolled into one. I highly recommend this place to ANYONE beginner through advanced.
