The store is very clean, very friendly and fast service, it is very well organized and a lot of variety of products, all very cheap, they follow the safety protocols all very well, here you can find products that are no longer in other dollar stores

Ive been to four different Dollar trees and this one is absolutely the cleanest most organized totally face store around. Theres only one thing thats a problem. The manager of the star does not put the mask over her nose its below her nose. Shes a tall blonde woman. I found that disconcerting. The sign on the front clearly says masks over nose and mouth and yet she wont do it herself

Usually have a great shopping experience here but the cashier continuously pulled off her mask and coughed the whole time I was in line & in front of me & other shoppers. We’re still in the middle of a pandemic it’s not over! Really disappointed.

So tired of the staff complaining (out loud) when they have to help out at the register. Should we have lower expectations for the staff cuz it’s the dollar store??? (No!) -people need to take pride in their job no matter what it is!!this is putting a roof over your head, food on the table or that extra money needed. Research BOB LOVE and the pride he took in ALL his jobs- including a busboy (after his basketball career)... be grateful or quit!

The East Algonquin location is usually clean, but most of the employees are so rude and make it very clear they hate being there, especially manager Nancy. Dread having to go in there, toxic environment.

Mother’s day and im the first one at 9am and you don’t have helium. Is a terrible day to run out of helium . You shouldn’t have this poster up.

Great place for the best deals on common items that can cost many times more at regular grocery stores. The chocolate striped shortbread cookies are the best.

This review is more about the product. I had a HUGE Baby Shower for my daughter in law and son last month. The decorations from Dollar Tree were the CUTEST ever! And I went to A LOT of places including Party City. They even had balloons to match the plates, cups, etc! SO CUTE. I spent a large amount of money at Dollar Tree but I would have spent over double anywhere else. I LOVE Dollar Tree for holiday shopping as well. It definitely helps on a budget and the quality is still good. Of course some of their employees need to work on their people skills. Not so much in Algonquin but DEFINITELY at the Dundee location.

I would rate it higher if this one had refrigerated goods (many others do have refrigerated items). I love Dollar Tree stores....they are usually all very clean, shelves are stocked neatly, and you never need to wonder what the price of an item is....most of the stores are staffed with very friendly staff and products are good.

Bret the manager and his team of employees are very helpful, and Bret went way out of his way to assist me locating a really cool Christmas wine bag! It’s a pleasure to buy stuff at places like this!!

Staff is very unprofessional. Especially this one. Her name is Ariana. Didn’t bother to say hi to any of the customers in front of me. So I wasn’t surprised that she didn’t even tell me my total. Was too busy on her phone and complained to her coworker for covering a break. Luckily the items I had weren’t breakable. She was throwing things in the bag like a basketball. Shake my head to the manager that lets this slide

The WORST Dollar Tree ever. Employees yell at customers, go on their phones, swear, and can’t seem to wear the proper uniform. Employees are AWFUL. Very disrespectful. Employee named Ariana argued with my CHILD sister about a hoola hoop. There’s never management around. Store run by inconsiderate employees. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
