A friend had shared with me that $1 TREE was carrying charcoal cleaners and toothpaste at a pretty obscene discount. Truth be told... it was a pretty great find! I found a double pac for....umm ....you guessed it. A $1. I grabbed a dozen! I found toothpaste also for a $1 but it was only Colgate not any higher name brand. I picked up 2 of these. Plus I noticed a box of hydrogen peroxide and so I couldnt leave without grabbing 3.I was very pleased with my pillaging.. lol

How can U beat everything foe a buck👍.. could use a few more checkers!!

Inside the store is a bit dark / less lighting, and aisles are narrow. Plenty of bargain, go for the party rows. Good seasonal products, and regular dollar store value items.

Wasnt that crowded but there was only one check stand open? I dont get it, only one checker, thats just bad.

Their shelves had no grocery items, several aisles had empty shelves, no canned goods of any kind. I wanted jars of applesauce none anywhere.

Horrible customer service, last night went to a register with a Hispanic girl with a glasses on , very bad attitude, she should definitely not being in the front serving customer, worst attitude, asked her if the register was open , she didn’t even look up, simply replied a “no” I will not be returning to this store!

Horrible customer service. I went in had about 30 customers in line one register open. Another employee finally jumped on a register open up & help. instead of keeping the one line and splitting it between the two registers he decided to open up another line without telling anybody. people that were at the end of the line were starting to check out and leave before somebody that was in line for 15 minutes already. The manager Carmen didnt help the situation instead she said that was the store policy. Ive been to plenty of Dollar trees and I will never return to this one

What more can you expect from one Dollar Tree to another, theyre all the same... great place to get cheap household items and snacks and assorted miscellaneous items that we may not need but somehow cant seem to live without... it can get a little busy here sometimes and the aisles do seem a little tight but if youre able to maneuver your way through and make it to the register youll be alright... each time I come here I always buy more than i should, and yeah I know, those salty snacks arent all that good for me... bring plenty of bags or youll get charged ten-cents for each one purchased, and youre going to need some no matter what, youll buy more than you really need take my word for it...

This store should be ashamed of their selves I Went to the Dollar Tree in Alhambra California And witnessed 2 boxes of Hand sanitizer That the manager had I asked if I could buy one she Would not sell me one she put both boxes in the office 2 full boxes I told her her customers needed them to I understand keep you one Box for store use. But not both boxes I told her people are getting sick I may need hand sanitizer to. Dont know what these employees are doing With the hand sanitizer this made me upset. These Employees need to stop keeping up for their selves and give their customers a chance to purchase it Dollar Tree and Alhambra. People are getting sick Put the hand sanitizer out on the shelves and stop hiding it in the office

Came in to this great Dollar tree in Alhambra. Were back in mandatory mask guidelines. Walked in and was greed by staff. Walked around looking for Chicco Sticks and found that the candy isle no longer exists??? What!! So my lady and I asked the young lady at the register and her reply to us was: oh, were now selling snacks at the moment.: Thats the first time Ive ever heard that? Three stars was for the untrue answer to me. Only for the simple fact that they were the only place that weve been able to buy or find Chicco Sticks. Now were going to have to go to a retro candy shop to find them. The moral of my story is to be true to the customers and tell us a reason why,,,,,, like most of the candy was expired or something? LoL so, that was my visit to the Dollar Tree today. Frustrating, this is another update for you candy eaters. I always shop here to buy toys and necessities for cleaning... today I was in the store at around 8:30 am and I have to say I was really disappointed... they dont have a lot of stuff that I want to get such as the chocolate Hershey brands for Holidays specifically like Easter and Valentines Day ...I dont want to get the other milk chocolates because it doesnt taste the same and awfully hard to chew on and taste like plastic... they say what pay is what you get... I believe that one dollar for the quantity amount is about right but the quality suck so it isnt worth buying it from dollar tree in my opinion.. For Example, target has a promotion sale on candies like Hersheys brand that are 2 for $6.00... $3.00 a bag is a very good and the quantity and quality if were to split the quantity, its pretty much the same quantity of we were to get it at the dollar tree... also, I think 99 cents store has way more varieties and selections... and toys, brands you name it they have a lot... I shop there when dollar tree dont have what Im looking for... but now I might just shop at 99 cents store from now...Secondly, I wanted to buy Easter name tag to tie around the candy bag...but I looked in every aisle and I couldnt locate it and so I asked the store manager since the cashier had a line and she was busy.. I dont think the store manager has patience to work with customers...shes not genuine to help her customers if they ne e something... the female manager is completely rude.. she didnt want to help me and all she said, that everything is all there if its not there, then we dont have it...to be honest customer service suck big time here.. I have nothing to say and maybe I should stop shopping here. I come here every week to buy balloon but now I guess thats it for me...this week Ive been doing my shopping 3 times in the store... and I dont appreciate that they dont have the courtesy to help at all..The only customer service satisfaction I feel that they are helpful are the guys that work here.. other associates dont even know when Easter is etc and I am shocked because I asked them about the return or exchange policy... and she said, as long as I return it before Easter and this was last month.. I asked her when is Easter holiday and she said, I dont know... seriously! I thought she would know since she work in sales...

The store is quite small. The small selections is not driving me back here. Other dollar store have more items to buy in one store. Less commuting. Daiso Japan is just pass back New Ave at Del Mar/ Cross path Valley blvd. It better they have so much thing to buy their.

Convenient store for me and you

I had been to Only 99 cents and visited the Duarte, CA and the Ramona Blvd., El Monte, CA stores yesterday because I was anxious to make some springtime silk flowers bouquets and I was just plain disgusted with the flowers, the stores and the flippet remarks I received from the employees I spoke to about this matter. I probably spend $60 mo. on silk flowers, alone and another$30 at The Dollar Tree.I went to the Dollar Tree on Valley Blvd., San Gabriel, CA, beautiful flower displays all over the store and I believe was helped at the register by the store manager. All-in-all I had fun. Thank you!

Dollar Tree is now selling frozen food and a variety of seasonings. If youre looking for cheap holiday decorations or such, find it here. Looking for last minute gifts or tools, you can find something similar here.

I enjoy the layout. The isles are split so you can make your way out faster if you are in the wrong isle. Cold drinks yes

Besides the excellent male manager, Several overweight female staffs were unfriendly or even mean!Unlike 99¢ store, the store only gives store credits but no refund! Even customer was not happy w/the Service!not the merchandise!

I only come to this dollar tree out of necessity, since its down the street from my house. The staff is not really friendly, and the manager is super rude. I once saw a customer ask her for help and she told her to ask someone else ,so she could be on her cell. The restrooms are dirty and they frequently have isles closed off with boxes of merchandise during store hours.
