I had to go in Staples for an emergency situation, I needed a portable power charging bank because my phone was about to die, and I didnt have enough for a charging bank. He was nice enough to let me charge my phone by the work-desk station. I also reunited with a friend who also works there who I shared a class with in High School.Ash, (the first employee who helped me charge my phone) was very nice, and helpful. We had small talk conversation as he worked.Very nice/fun experience Ill never forget!

Jim helped me out big time finding a pencil pouch! I was looking for plain black and we looked and couldn’t find one. He went through a wholebox to luckily find just a single black one. Big thanks again to Jim for making my day.

I wanted to give a shout out to Matthew that works at the Aliso Viejo Staples. I took my grandson back to store as he didn’t think his wireless mouse worked. Matthew showed him where the USB was located in the mouse and gave him some handy tips. Fabulous customer service. My grandson talked on way home how nice he was to him.😊😊

I was next in line for my printing and I observed how well she handled her customers, making sure they were completely happy with their printing. I have shopped at this Staples store frequently, and have always been well assisted and informed of products they carry and products they recommended, and have always received the utmost care. This past after Thanksgiving sale event, I purchased a laptop computer on sale which was one of the various selections, in which I purchased. Though I do not purchase expensive items without previous research, I purchased the laptop based on reviews while in the store. While my order was being written up, I was encouraged to purchase software and protection which was installed by their great technicians. Well, to my surprised, after picking up my new computer after all data was transferred from my old computer, I was dissatisfied by the computers performance, in which I returned it within a few days because it was covered within their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Well, I was well assisted by their sales team who listened to my issues regarding the returned computer in which I was directed to a HP Pavilion on sale, which I purchased and have been happy ever since. I appreciate all the effort, skill, knowledge, technical service and great customer service. Thank you so much Staples team!!

I have shopped at this Staples store for several years, and have never had a problem finding what I need for all my stationery needs. Each staff member has always been helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, informative, thoughtful, and considerate, even with my returns. Recently, I shopped the after Thanksgiving sale to purchase a laptop computer which I was very disappointed with. After discussing my dissatisfaction with the computer with one of their salesman, I easily returned it the next day, and was assisted by a different salesman who showed me other laptop options, in which I purchased a HP laptop, a little more in cost but on sale, well-built with better performance, and met all my needs and expectations. After having my data transferred to my new computer by their skillful technician, I am now so happy with my new computer, and the salesmen and staff who took the time, energy, and effort to ensure that my purchases met my needs and satisfaction. I have no complaints whatsoever, only compliments. I highly recommend this store.

This place is amazing! I came in with a rushed printing order that I was very worried about, but there was no need to worry because the staff here is so incredibly helpful and accommodating! Danny was especially friendly and professional. He helped me with everything I needed quickly and diligently. I am incredibly pleased with the customer service I received and would like to thank Staples and everyone working there for their unparalleled service.

The sales clerk Karen was helpful in pointing me to what I needed, unfortunately the company has a new check out system that would NOT allow me to use my card as a credit. Despite several requests and asking for a manager to help me who was clueless. I will NOT be returning, there are enough other office supply store options.

Staples, in my experience usually has very Good Service!This location specifically was very good. The employees where very nice and they helped me from the point I walked in, until the the point I made my purchase.Store is also one of the cleaner ones.Any complaint I can make, it just normal Aliso Veijo shopping related. When it comes to the parking lots, its a nightmare, but i dont blame Staples for that.

Not happy at all with the employees, and customer service. I am not one to complain often, but their trash customer service just bothered me too much. there are many other office supply stores that i will be going to now. I wont come back here.

The manager appeared to be at a cash register so I walked toward him with my son to purchase some things and he immediately in a condescending manner told me to back up to some random location because in his opinion I wasn’t providing enough space to a person at another cash register with a dog on leash - which wasn’t true. I soon was helped and the cashier didn’t know how to make change when I covered the penny.

Its nice theres a staples everywhere for all your studying, paper, pens, etc needs. The prices are higher than other places. I go here for any emergency paper supplies.

Terrible customer service. I was waiting in line and the woman cashier said no stop wait for him and pointed to the other cashier turned her back to me and continue to do something on the computer.This is why bRick and mortar stores will be going out of business because no one has customer service any more at any stores anymore not department stores, not high-end stores and not in low end stores.

I took my iPhone 5c for them to fix a cracked screen this past Sunday, but they convinced me to also change the battery. It cost me $100 to fix the screen but they ruined the battery so never ever have them change your battery. You might as well just get a new phone from Apple because its going to cost you that much and you wont have a phone to use. I hope they needed my 100 but if they needed it that much they should have just asked I might have given it to them and probably still had a workable phone. I really dont get stores that do this. So for all those Apple users out there, dont make the same mistakes I did. But Apple care and have them fix your phone issues because they know what they are doing.
