This particular store is very helpful and very professional. The people I worked with, his name is Marcus instantly helped me to understand the different forms of web cameras and knew the difference between the varieties. I enjoyed that very much. Sharon is another individual who help with the payment plan and the different varieties that is available to me at the time during the Christmas holidays. The ones who really help me out is Marcus and Sharon they are wonderful people and they are very knowledgeable on their products and services. Each time I go to this place they are available and more than willing to go above and beyond their designated requirements and duties. I will point my attention to each one of these guys each time I go here and I do appreciate their diligence and there professionalism. Keep it up I give it two thumbs up.

Needed to buy a laptop during Covid-19. Purchased the last one in stock, drove 30 miles one way because the item was an excellent choice & the price was right! Taylor & Sharon came right outside for our curb-side pick-up. Very courteous, wore their masks & gloves. Wonderful service!!

I recently purchased an Etsy Wedding Shower template and needed to get my invitations printed quickly. I looked up printing services and found the Staples store location in Allen Park, MI. I visited their printing shop yesterday morning and Id like to say thank you to Scott, the Staples employee for the superb printing experience, reasonable cost and quick turnaround! Im so pleased and impressed by the quality of these invites AND the service. Ill be using Staples for additional printing items for my wedding coming in June and future printing needs.

Love going to Staples! They always have great back to school deals. And I can find pretty much everything I need for any time of the year.

I have gone into this location many of times without any trouble. My friends literally tease me for my love of Staples. But after today, I will never return to the Allen Park location. The customer service representative accidentally added an extra item to my bill. I said it seemed high. She said it was right and instructed me to check the printed receipt, which I did and found an item that was charged twice. I had used a coupon and reward points so the assistant manager wouldnt give me a full refund on the product. That makes no sense to me for an item that wasnt even in my bag. So I made him return the entire order and now missed out on $15 in savings. I gave this two stars because the customer service representative was so nice even though she made a mistake and I take accountability for not being more insistent on the price being too high.

No complaints at all, the representative I dealt with today was really helpful. I have no complaints. Everything went good today.

I had a terrible shopping experience there. I felt the manager didnt treat me fairly. As a minority of this society, I would not recommend any other minority go there and shop. Very unfortunate and sad.

I use the Allen Park store frequently. I like that there is always help available so I can find the items I need, get in and out quickly and get back to work.

I am so upset, I just spent a half an hour of my time driving out of my way to go to Staples to pick up ink. I called the store beforehand and was assured they carry the ink I was asking for. But when I showed up in the store I was told no, they can only find it online for me. I wish that would’ve been explained before I wasted my time driving out there.

DONT WASTE UR TIME!Their photo copy and print section is the worst Ive ever seen... You have to send ur photos to an email just to get a confirmation number back... I have done this twice and it didnt work! Forcing me to go another staples!

I came in looking for a new desk chair, got help right away to get one from the back, ended up changing my mind on which one I wanted and they had no problem taking it back and getting the other chair. They even walked it to the register for me and offered to carry it out to my car.

Had water damage on two devices, used the Drytek machine and and got the liquid armor no hassle. Just make sure you check on the machine after an hour.

I was in line behind someone that I thought was in the right line and they were being waited on, but for some reason it wasnt the way the line was set up, and I was told to go in line another way. So not to make waves I didnt mention why the person I was behind got waiterd on in the wrong way line, I just went the way the line was supposedly supppose to go. Fortunately it was only one person in the supposed right way line.

Im sad to report this location is closing on January 22, 2021.50% off on everything in the store today.
