My son went to the school and I don’t see how they got a low rating. But they are very professional and very caring and helpful when it comes to getting everything ready for your child to succeed. I recommend this place to all families if you want an easy process for your child to get their license.

Dont like to tell us anything schedule-wise, hard to make arrangements around classes.

I took the test here about 2 weeks ago. The instructor I was with was very informative and explained everything in a lot of detail which was helpful. The staff was very kind. Answered any questions we had. Overall a good experience.

Were able to work through everything and be understanding through the pandemic.

Wonderful adult driving course. I did the 2 hour adult driving course as a refresher/crash course before my drivers test coming up. I had Mr. Jim and Mrs. Jannie and they were both so helpful and kind. They showed me all everything I needed to know for my test and helped me feel extremely prepared for my drivers test. I can’t speak to the younger version but the adult course was fantastic!

I have never written a review, but this place is not good for driving tests. That lady who takes testsl with you is the worst person have ever met. She complains and makes you fails you fail for simple things. She makes you fail so that you you pay for another test. (Just making money from you). I had my driving classes with the school, for three months. If your student fails more than twice that means your a bad teacher. Driving School of North Texas is not the right place for driving classes and driving tests. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They take your money and then have very few drive time options. In addition, everyone I have spoken too has been incredibly rude and unprofessional. There are better options. I would not recommend going here.

They were great.

Registered my son back in June 2016. Now at end of November, he has been able to do only 3 out of 7 lessons. They never have any openings, and limit to 2 sessions per month. I wish I would get my money back. DO NOT GO to this place, take your business somewhere else.

Ditto on everyone elses comments. This place somehow has two stars. It should be less. The lady that answers the phone must own it or be family since she simply does not care. If you need to reschedule, its $25. If the drive times do not work, youre told that you have 8 months to finish the class and to visit their website to sort it out yourself. If your son/daughter is talking in class, they call parents instead of managing their class. For $425, you should at least get *some* help on these things. Take your money elsewhere...

I though they did a great job teaching. If ypu are looking for a place to go go here. Also the teachers make it fun and its not that boring. The driving instructors where fantastic

Some of the nicest people ive ever met and talked with. If you have any questions whatsoever they do all they can to get you an answer. I went to this driving school for classes and drive times and met the sweetest people. Specifically Jannie of which i ofc made most of my drive times with because she was so sweet. We talked as if we knew each other and had some of the best times together. Loved pretty much everyone i met there and i would recommend to anyone looking for a place for anyone looking to get their permit and move on to their license!

Completely useless classes and worst service ever. When I got the green sheet for my permit, the directions on the white sheet was misleading. When I went to the place in Plano to get my permit, I was turned back because I needed 2 pieces of evidence for home address. I looked at the international student column and there was nothing in there that said for me to get the evidence. It did say for parents to have them in the US citizen section but not in the the international students one. This school was a complete waste of time and money. It is also like a theive organization. They take your money by a double standard: even though your lesson is on a Saturday and cancelled two days in advance after a break, they charge you with a made up 25 dollar fee and act like they have a moral high ground claiming that it is the equivalent of missing an airplane flight. Steer clear of this criminal organization at all costs!

Run run run go somewhere else this place is awful they were rude and very unprofessional from the very beginning . you would think they would at least be nice while they took your money . the office staff is very rude and obnoxious, and not willing to help you in any way definitely no customer service here, they just plum dont care about customers. the only reason they rated 1 star is because I wasnt allowed to rate any less otherwise it would be a minus 50 stars.

They were just unprofessional and some of the instructors had temper issues . When they were yelling at me, I could not concentrate on the road.
