Great staff, clean environment and new machines. Almost never over packed and people do a great job spreading out and cleaning up after themselves.

The Gym was open 3 months after they said it was going to open. I quit my gym to go to this gym and I had to rejoin my past gym because they didn’t know when would they be open. My wife stoped going to Orange theory because they said they would have a 5 am class. They never had it and we still had to pay both memberships even when we didn’t even use it. They say they are different from other gyms but they are the same or worse.

It’s super upsetting to see this place still isn’t open. We signed up in March with the intention they will be open in June. It’s now almost August andstill no word. My husband and I decided to cancel and go to Lifetime Fitness and I think it was the best decision. If your interested in this gym I wouldn’t sign up till they are actually open.

Customer service has been great in walking me through the options and what the gym will be like. Really excited to see the finished product. If the product is half as good as the customer service then I’ll be a long time member. Really appreciated nit getting the hard sale tactic most gyms are known for.

I signed up last week and cant wait to start training. They have a great staff who went through all the options that come with a membership. They have quite a few things I was unaware of that I will be taking full advantage of, such as Cryotherapy and boxing. They also have group fitness, which my wife will love.Cant wait for the grand opening.

After visiting UFC fit to see what they had to offer compared to other facilities I was more than pleased. Besides personal training they offer cryotherapy, boxing, group fitness and more! Rick was very professional and inviting. He gave me good insights on how his facility can take my fitness to the next level with its brand new equipment. I have been going to gyms my whole life and believe this place will set the standard for what gyms should offer and keep members happy!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

If you cancelled your membership way before the gym was ever open you need to check your bank account ASAP! I cancelled both my sons and my membership AUGUST 3rd, I even have confirmation letters from them. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING MY ACCOUNT AND EVERY TIME THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK ANS EMAIL BACK THEY NEVER DO!You want a boxing gym go to TITLE BOXING CLUB!!

This amazing facility will be the place where true professional trainers will be determined and help motivate you on your fitness goals. Also a special Shout-Out to Rick for getting me signed up with this gym and I just cant wait for the gym to Open up.

Stopped by to check out the cryotherapy and group fitness and was pleasantly surprised at their options. Matt was very professional and had all the answers and made me feel welcome immediately. Now I am super interested in their personal training! Cant wait to get started!

Its already been 4 months and they still havent open up the gym. I dont know whats taking so long and I asked the people working there and they continue to say next month after month each time. I cant wait any longer I called up Rick for my refund. I dont even know why are so many people rating 5 star when the gym hasnt even open up like do yall have common sense. 4 months wasted. This is sad and all Ive seen are more founding members but not an actual date on opening.

Awesome, friendly folks there. I toured around looking at what will be there and explained in full detail. They showed me a video of how it will look. Everyone I met has been a pleasure. Cant wait to get my workouts in!!!

Tell the guys at the Plano gym they need to come back and clean out all the equipment in the gym!! It’s an eyesore at the shopping center!! Get in there pronto!!
