Both of my kids spent several years in the SOR program. They made some good friends and great memories. They learned so much - not just music-related skills, but responsibility, teamwork, dedication, communication, work ethic, performance, and social skills. It’s been about 5 years since they finished there. They are now successful young adults with careers and still have a passion for creating music. The program helped them through some rough times during their teen years. I’m grateful that their love for the art was nurtured through their experiences at SOR.

School of Rock Allentown and their location in Easton have had a HUGE positive impact on the lives of our two grandsons. This is by far the best investment we have ever made.

Our son has been playing guitar for years and he has never been able to find kids that have the same passion that he does for music. Then we found School of Rock! The owners are fantastic, the instructors, directors and staff are top notch! Watching these kids be able to Rock on stage and show their talent and passion for music is so amazing! If you have a child that loves music, School of Rock in Allentown or Easton is the only place to go!!! I wish we would have found it sooner!

Our son had another fantastic experience playing in the Family Affair show this weekend! My wife and I cant say enough about how impressed we are with everything Ray, Sue and the rest of the staff at School of Rock do to allow all the students to showcase their talents while having a lot of fun!

Not only are the students growing as musicians, they are growing as individuals through the performance programs. Learning to orchestrate as a whole is a life skill. It also doesnt hurt they get to play in really cool venues!

Great atmosphere for kids to learn and grow! Our son Luke has gotten so much out of this program and although should be tired after a full day of school followed by sports practice then directly to School of Rock , he is not and looks forward to it every week!

To start, I have no idea how well the actual learning experience is at this School of Rock, but this story may hopefully change ones mind about attending this school.Im in a band that is ready to tour and become overall successful, and were completely equity to do so. However, our only problem is one member will be quiting and we need a replacement ASAP. We figured we could go down to the School of Rock (yanno, where they supposedly equip you with the abilities to become a successful musician) and asked if we could check out their student repertoire. We were rudely told at the front desk that it is not the schools job to assist their students in such a way. No matter how much reasoning we gave them in attempt to basically give their students an opportunity at what they work for, we were shot down and told the same thing in a rude manner, that the woman at the desk was not an agent, its not her job to connect students to opportunities. There are only two reasons I can see for her to give such an answer, either 1) they are not giving students the proper education to be successful musicians, or 2) they are trying to keep their students there for as long as they possibly can. Either way, this story definitely shows that there is something wrong with what they are doing at the School of Rock in Allentown.
