This place is the worst, I never know if my son is going to be picked up or not and then when the bus doesn’t show, no one calls your or let’s you know what’s going on, I called the bus driver from the phone number she called me from and she doesn’t even answer, it’s ridiculous I’ve had so many problems with this place and I’m sick of it! They are the worst and management is just as bad!

This company left my child waiting ,never pick him up I was in my porch from 7:35 am till 8:20 and never show up I call and they told me that another bus was on the way,which it didn’t show I End up driving my child to school and loosing a day of job

Not am I just an employee but my children ride the bus company an employee I understand both sides of the fence to certain things that are out of our hands we always are striving for bigger and better service regards to children are bus drivers seek nothing but the best to keep our children safe we work within what we have we do the best and we give our best

I wish I could give this company a -5 I would. Frequently late, frequently lies, had a bus driver PUSH my son that is special needs. If you want reliable transportation for your child dont use this company! Also, the schools wont take responsibility for any late/absences due to this bus company yet theyre hired through the school. Logic anyone?!Id also like to mention that the drivers they frequently hire barely speak a lick of English. How am I supposed to communicate with the bus drivers?

The only reason why I gave one star is because I cannot give zero and comment.this busing service is the worst my son gets to his bus on time and for some reason the school calls me and tells me that hes late three times in one week when hes taking the bus and at his stop on time Everytime! (And I make sure of it!).you guys are so worried about kids taking the bus, that doesnt live in the right area code or address but!!! What about the kids getting on the bus and to school at the right time Im not paying a fine for you guys messing up your busing situation because you cant do your job. Why dont you worry about doing your jobs and then worrying about kids living in the wrong area to take the busUPDATE: I wrote my comment before reading others. Sad to say...

Safety First. Taking precious cargo to and from school is stressing; however, rewarding me personally love my job and my run. Children acting up are only venting your job is to listen at the end of your run you will have learned and discovered a better person. Listen, Learn, Respect & Understand one another by end of week smooth sailing. If you have that demeanor this job is for you.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible. Horrible. The worst of the worst when it comes to service and customer service. No management skills, no customer service skills and horrible bus service. Not to be trusted. Just another reason why the Allentown School district is so distained. Pleade ASD fire this company.

HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!My daughter is supposed to start school at 8:05am bus doesnt pull up until 8 am most of the time. When you call the company they always have an attitude!!My daughter gets out of school at 4:05pm bus doesnt pull up till 5pm or later.This is unacceptable when you try to talk to them they are rude hang up on you. Once i called from my work phone and they left me on hold for 40 minutes but answered me on my personal phone.My daughter bus also sits 3 or 4 to a seat how is this safe??THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!÷

Same complaint as the rest but even worse. Drivers would bring his girlfriend on the ride 3 time a week while kids had to sit on laps because she sits in the front across 3 seats. When we finally found out se called his supervisor (John Broushton) and he said he will talk to him. Our kids have been driven outside the city limits and late almost everyday, sometimes as much as an hour. We have a photo of him double parking and leaving the bus running with the kids on it. He has used the N word while talking to kids. I personally watched him role or completely drive through stop signs and his boss doesnt seem one bit interested.

This bus company is very inconsiderate to the parents that pick their children up at certain bus stops. First they don’t call when they are going to be an hour late. Have us waiting that long with no idea unless you call them. Second they don’t call to let you know that it’s a substitute driver and for many safety reasons i am not okay with that we should always be informed that the bus driver is different. From what my daughter informed me the bus drivers don’t know where they are going if it’s a substitute and my daughter was crying because she was scared. This is unexceptable.

Worst bus company ever lost my daughter then blamed it on the schools and the parent bus driver was negligent my child was dropped off on the wrong location after we ask the bus driver where my child was she told us it was not their responsibility to ensure the child were dropped off in the right location blamed it on everybody else never took responsibility then called my girlfriend a bad mom for being upset that her child was missing . To all parents in Allentown School District that allow their children to ride these buses I feel bad for you and I hope to God that this doesnt happen to your child and if it does that the bus driver be moved or fired. After losing my child they did not go to pick up her up we had to walk to a different school that she was dropped off at. The children have clear backpacks with a piece of paper what different colors each color signifies a certain drop location with all these measures in place they still lost my daughter then told me that it was not their responsibility to ensure the child got off on the right stop they informed me that it was the schools fault. After being informed where my daughter was I then called the company First Student being irate after losing my child the lady from the office hung up on me I called again and spoke to her supervisor after speaking to the supervisor and the supervisor agreeing that the fault was the bus drivers said she could not do anything to rectify this issue but if she had lost a bus she would have been fired losing my child should be a higher priority unsatisfactory almost against the law

This is a serious job. Students should get to school on time. We parents have to work and cannot leave child unattended on the street. The company should do something about those drivers that are always late and those dispatchers that have bad customer service. If every morning we call for the same bus, then something must be done about it.

Wondering how this company is still in business with such a messy management. My kids take 178 at Roosevelt stop but every morning, we are so stressed out calling them. They change bus number almost everyday, not to mention drivers. I have seen at least 15 different drivers since beginning of school year. Horrible service and lack of care. Hoping that top managers will see this review and address the issues.The driver (bus # 151) was so rude and disrespectful today.

They are rude and so unprofessional. As I was talking to one lady she hung up the phone on me. Usually if you have a special needs child they take it upon themselves to treat your child any way they feel like. No one says anything because the managers and the asistant bus driver have the same mentally. My son actually missed school because of their lateness and the school dont hold them accountable. Does anyone knows another bus company or what parents can do to stop this madness.

This is the most irresponsible, disrespectful, negligent company I ever encounter, this people will have your child at a different location trying to drop them off and when you ask them where is your child they will get mad or hang up the phone. There dispatcher and routing people are disrespectful and will talk over you when your trying to talk to them and when they get tired of talking over you they will hang up the phone. They had my son on a bus for 2 hours and a half every day when my son school is only 5 minutes away. One lady told me that my son was at a bus stop when he is a 6 years old special need child and has a door to door service. One other time it was almost 6 o clock when my son gets out of school at 3:15 and I drove my self to the school on a desperation because every time I call them to see where my son was they would say 5 minutes away and 2 hours had pass, them they told me that they are not responsible for my child being drop of at the right location that the school district was responsible and when I call the school they told me that they were not responsible either. Sometimes they would not pick him up at all and say that the bus driver was at the adress when we were standing outside with no signs of a bus. They pick up my son late at 9:am or 9:30 when he stared school at 8:45am. If you look down at all the good reviews from this company they are from former employees and this is only because they let them do what ever they want with there customers. If there was 0 star it would of suit it better but unfortunately I can give less them one star.
