If I could give this place no stars I would . I had enrolled my 4 month old and my two year old. In the two year old class they use most of my daughters pulls ups on other kids. She cried every day. In the infant room they have older kids my baby was not getting burped properly. Please run from this place . The front desk lady is a doll. She needs to go to a different center because it’s no good there. Save your money and time .

My daughter attended this center for only about three weeks at the most and it was the most traumatic experience I have ever experienced in daycare. Ms. Kirsten was fabulous and made me fall in love with the daycare when I did the tour. She was so sweet and helpful and remained that was up until Kaylee was withdrawn with every encounter that I had with her. However, the director, Janna was awful. On my daughters first day she just stood at the door. She did not greet myself nor my daughter, did not introduce herself, or even ask my daughters name. I literally had to ask Are you the director? just to know who she was. Fast forward to about a week of my daughter attending the school, she expressed to me that she loved Ms. Nancy and she had friends but she did not like her other teacher and she told me the food was gross. So after going back and forth with Janna telling me that she would get the teachers to encourage her to eat which in other words meant force her to eat food she had already showed no interest in for over a week simply because she did not want her to be able to bring lunch from home, I received a note from her doctor that she needed to be allowed to bring lunch from home. A couple of days prior to me getting the note, however, I received to consecutive daily reports. One said that Kaylee cried because they continued to ask her to take a bite of her food (that Im sure she had already expressed that she did not want to eat, so she was being forced to eat something she had no interest in) and the other said for breakfast that she was made to sit until she finished her fruit. Kaylee ate breakfast from home every single morning before school, so why a child was forced to sit and finish fruit if she said she did not want anymore was beyond me. My last and final straw was when Kaylee came home and told me a little boy kicked her in the head while they were playing outside and also stood on her back. She said that she talked to Ms. Elizabeth and she told her to Calm down and talked to her about it. I did not receive an incident report concerning this matter. The next day I asked about it and I was told that they would inquire. I never heard anything so I called the center at about 3 pm and Janna picked up and told me that she spoke with Ms. Elizabeth and she told her that this situation never happened. I said Ok well I dont think that my daughter would just make up someone kicking her in the head and she even gave me the childs name and described the incident in detail. I asked if the cameras could be ran and she told me no and that in 5 years she hasnt had to run the cameras and even if someone called and said their child was bitten and they saw bite marks she would not run the cameras. I said so what are the cameras for? And she responded What would you do if we didnt have them? The situation became worst and worst, Im not even allowed to post the entire experience due to character limits. Parents, rest assured I would never send my daughter here again. And Janna, as for you, you told me that if a teacher said something didnt happen to your child and your child said that it did you would believe the teacher. So glad were not the same parent babe. In my house we dont diminish feelings, experiences, or voices no matter the age. You guys have A LOT of work to do. I have contacted corporate.

My son absolutely loves Kiddie Academy Alpharetta. He recently graduated the Pre-K program And has asked if he could still go to his school for the after school program because he will miss all his teachers! The staff is amazing and the communication between the teachers and parents is amazing.

I like that the teachers and staff are so friendly and cares about each and every child. I also like that Kiddie Academy is open until 6:30 and that I know my son is in good hands when I pick him up. My son is excited about going to school each day and talks about his teacher at home. I know he is getting the best care and education to prepare him for kindergarten!

Where do I start with Kiddie Academy, Alpharetta! This is hands down, the best children’s academy in Ga. Every employee here is so welcoming, warm and caring for every child and parent. There are daily updates, concerns and highlights for each week. My son is just starting school and is getting use to the change from being at home. Simply said, when we pull up to the school my son literally says “yay, school” and when we pick him up he is so excited to tell us about his day! When my child goes here I know he is safe and is in excellent hands. Last but not least, the school is very flexible and understanding of your schedule. When we first scheduled to tour the school we were running late and called in to cancel or reschedule. Ms Kirsten instead told us to still come in and stayed 20 min. after her shift to give us a full, detailed tour. Thank you to the entire team at Kiddie Academy for taking such good care of Tru, namely Ms. Janna, Ms. Esther, Ms, Elizabeth, Ms, Eliza, and Ms. Kirsten!

I could not ask for a better daycare for my child. I am completely comfortable with the staff and my child absolutely loves his teacher, Ms. Jasmine. Once he started at Kiddie Academy he really began to vocalize more and became more outgoing. Every time I drop him off I know hes being cared for and I love the fact that I can see him throughout the day on the classroom web camera.

Everything about Kiddie Academy of Alpharetta is absolutely wonderful, but the main thing that sets them apart is the owners/leadership/staff/curriculum. We toured several places in Alpharetta, and most were good, but none even compared to KA. It was obvious immediately that the owners and staff are a genuine, caring, nurturing group of true professionals. We have been with them for a while now- transitioned through different classrooms, teachers, and personal developments- and I can honestly say that we have not once been disappointed with Kiddie Academy of Alpharetta. Everyone from the owner to the the teachers to the Chef goes out of their way to make a positive difference in our son’s life.We always joke that we can’t imagine life without Kiddie Academy co-parenting, but it’s 100% true.

As a parent my top priorities for my childs care facilities are:1.Loving and caring environment2. Clean3. Availability of good nutrition4. Secure5. Easy to accessThis school gets full points on all of these and more. The classrooms are equipped with so many learning tools to create interest for the kids. The teachers pay attention and work with your child based on their needs not just blindly follow a curriculum. You will get daily detailed reports to better understand your childs progress. I am very impressed with this facility.

My Daughter started not having been to daycare before. She was just 15mo and already had a little bit of separation anxiety. It was hard to drop her off but Ms. Breanna has made this transition masterfully easy. My daughter is happy comfortable and loved. She goes straight to Ms. Breanna and there are no tears. I can see her during the day enjoying herself and that has really relieved me as a parent.

My 2 year old has been going here for little over a month now and he loves it! This is the first time hes ever been to daycare so of course I was a little nervous but the staff there are so attentive that it made me more relaxed. Plus, it doesnt hurt that they have cameras in every classroom so I can always keep an eye on my little one! Also, they send a daily report of how long he napped, how much he ate, and their daily activities which is nice too. The place itself is spotless and the playground outside is wonderful for the kids.My little boy doesnt talk as much as he should but since staring there, hes gained a bit more confidence in speaking and has definitely picked up a lot more words. Since the class sizes are small, each child really gets the attention he/she deserves. I would definitely consider this place when doing research on daycares. Every parent needs to feel comfortable where they send their child, and my husband and I couldnt be happier!

Kiddie Academy is simply great. They provide detailed reports of my childrens daily activities and the teachers work with the children with individual personalities and abilities. I dont worry about my kids safety by having the ability to watch my kids live from my phone due to the schools cameras and tech-savviness. The school is very clean and there are a multitude of different activities that take place daily that contribute to the childrens education. The administrators are extremely helpful, transparent, and kind as well. My wife and i are glad we chose Kiddie Academy.

This up and coming state of the art day care facility is amazing!!! The entire team at Kiddie Academy including teachers, director and the owner is very hands on, affectionate and considerate towards the kids. The facility is clean, very well lit and has state of the art learning aids & age appropriate playing equipment. Also you get daily updates on what your kids did and ate and can also keep an eye on them via webcam. Additionally they serve hot nutritious food carefully prepared on campus.. It cannot get any better than this! All in all this is a great day care with all the right ingredients for the kid to thrive and develop love for learning in a very loving and healthy environment.

Having had a less than memorable experience from a previous day care (ratio of kid to teacher, processed foods), we were very apprehensive about this new day care. However, after speaking with the director and owner, we were impressed and decided to try it out. The facilities were brand new and they paid a lot of attention to detail for kids - so the first impression was good. After having been enrolled for several weeks now, it was definitely a good decision - the staff is great.Pros:1) Great and caring staff with a good student-teacher ratio2) Healthy, on-site freshly prepared foods and no processed foods in daily menu, with a serving of freshly cut fruit for each meal - and no fruit juices!3) Video cameras in the rooms to check on kids through a secure portal4) Covered play ground to let kids play without sitting out in the sweltering GA heat5) Good curriculum from toddlers up, teaching sign language, painting, reading, and social skillsCons:Nothing yet.Our tot has already learned a lot of sign language and social skills in just the few weeks. He really enjoys it there as well, we see him happy every time we check up on him.We definitely recommend this school.

This is one of the best daycares in Alpharetta. Because of our experience from previous day care, we were very cautious first, but i have to say i am very happy that i choose kiddie academy. The owner and the director are very responsive to our concerns. My kid has many food allergies and he is also a very picky eater. When i expressed my concerns, Shwetha(owner) said they would prepare special dairy free lunch everyday for my kid. The teachers in his class were very caring and took extra care whenever needed.
