It was great to start with and my daughters loved Ms Donna but after she left we had multiple instructors and eventually they put my daughters (a 4 year old and a 6 year old that were at a different level) in the same class. There was no warning and when I realized that the situation is not temporary and that my daughters are messing around and not learning I decided to take them out. They want me to pay a withdrawal fee now despite the fact that they can’t provide enough swimming instructors and the quality of the lessons went downhill.I went to the Roswell location to check it out and realized that SafeSplash is going to pot. Time to say goodbye. We are not coming back!

We are enrolled for our two girls. The water has been freezing since late last year. We were told this would be fixed when we returned in the Spring and it was not. I have asked to get my girls in the same class, and was told for 2 weeks this would happen, but every time they email someone there is no response. Finally the teacher helped us out. We got so frustrated we went to withdraw and was charged a withdraw fee. My daughter was so upset to leave because she likes her friends in the class I told them I would stay through summer, but plan to not be back. They then charged me twice for a withdraw, and I am waiting to get it back. The teachers are nice and patient, but the management and the way the business is run is distant and unresponsive. If I could do it over again I would have my girls somewhere else! After this session is over we will be moving.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I was trying Safe Splash as they came recommended through a friend to try and get my 5 year old over the hump to really swimming! This is located in the LA Fitness, but dont be fooled, you dont get to use the amenities, like the showers or even the dressing area. Apparently, this is an adult only facility typically so they have pop up tents next to the pool where you can change you child (nearly impossible with a 5 year old and 16 month old). You pay the same price here as Aquatots, but without the showers after, the regulated air temperature where the pool is and the nice changing areas and bathrooms. Not to mention the unlimited makeup classes you get at Aquatots if you have something come up. Which brings me to the last straw for me...my son was diagnosed with bronchitis, so I called right away to reschedule. I was trying the location with a Groupon deal to make sure I liked it and because he had taken 1 of 2 classes I was told they could not reschedule. I asked them to check with their manager and the lady who answered said she would and would give me a call back. Within 20 minutes I received an email saying that we had withdrawn - NOT TRUE - and the reason was - we had met our swimming expectations - VERY UNTRUE! Sure makes their records look good and also ensures I not only will never be back but I also will never recommend.
