The XINNIX program is the BOMB for Mortgage people in my opinion. If you are a Mortgage Loan Originator, I totally think this is worth the time & money if you want to succeed in the mortgage business. Casey has the fruit on the tree as she has done what we do...she is not talking theory.

The Xinnix Edge was a waste of time for experienced loan officer or sales person. They provide common sense time management techniques with very expensive price tag. I recommend not to waste your time with this company.

WHERE TO BEGIN???Had a few loan officers take this a while ago but am finally getting around to the review. I had to defuse a bit~Yes they have an interesting concept and the information presented is informative. That would be a 4 star ~but because of how the account manager handled our account I would love to place a NEGATIVE -5.TO be nice, I will rate XINNIX Ground and Flight school with only 2 starsThese 2 courses are informative and education however are NOT useful if your loan officer needs to build a book a business, learn your company ways, market, network, complete loans, and doesnt have enough time to learn each lesson.Because of the amount of various sections within a chapter and crazy quizzes after ever section within that 1 chapter ( 1 chapter can have as many as 10 section= 10 quizzes = 150 questions to answer)that are required to be taken to move to the next chapter. XINNIX should be used as a resources not as torture...lol... it was just HORRIBLE to take alllllllllll the annoying courses that some seemed repetitive: WHY NOT JUST HAVE everything that deals with a topic in the same section rather then adding a bit in a different section ...urrggghhhhThe way the course was designed lacks when it comes to being updated with the times of how Loan Officers operate especially to how individuals learn.Whoever created this syllabus needs to lighten up on the testing portion. Even college wasnt this harsh..I would NEVER EVER NEVER, cant stress enough, NEVER: take Ground School nor Flight School because of the amount of unnecessary work needed to get to the next part-If you have a newly licensed loan officer, who is on salary, doesnt need to build up a book a business, and can sit on his /her rump all day to take these classes, by all means have at it!! Spend the bookuu bucks $$$$UNTIL XINNIX changes the concept of these classes, I would not recommend spending the $$$$$Way too extreme and ridiculous expectation.Take 3 days and teach your own loan officers and send them out to make money instead of listening to XINNIX slides all day by networking and building up their book of businessWas completely unsatisfied.
