Fast clean safe place for testing.
I found the facilitators to be very kind and informative. The computers used for testing itself were a bit old, so I needed to click multiple times to register my answer selection, which lead to a couple moments of panic. (Had I not been doing so well for time, that really could have been a hindrance!)
Google gives horrible directions to here but the staff were amazing. The place was quiet and very easy to stay focused in. The procedures for COVID were easy to follow.
I had a pleasant testing back in March when I tested for my Exam. My accommodations was handled very well. Everyone there was very nice. I did not pass my exam but my experience was awesome.
I have taken two exams here and both times the ladies working there were very helpful and sweet. The building is also very nice. If you have to take an exam in central Florida this is the place to go.
Pleasant experience
Today I took the 6-12 English Certification exam at the Lake Mary testing center. Overall, the experience was survivable! I did pass the test (unofficially) but I think its important to note that while the testing room was quiet and comfortable, the employees outside the room were ridiculously noisy. I considered getting up and asking them to quiet down, but didnt want to get into trouble with my test. I hope that someone reads this and addresses the issue. It is entirely unprofessional to work in a testing center and make that much noise!
Pearson is riddled with technical problems. They have laid off employees in 2016 and 2017. They get an F from the Better Business Bureau. Customer Service is non-existent. Management denies problems. Educator using Pearson need to wake up to the fact that Pearson falls way short of its promises. Students are failing their courses because of this slip-shod excuse for an online educational system.
Located in a nice building. The staff was great. Professional and courteous. Explained what I needed to know, in terms of testing procedure before I took my Mblex. The testing room was clean and quiet and I passed my test, boom!!!
