I switched to this daycare when my son was 4 and daughter was infant, because the last daycare I had a lot of issues with. The workers at this daycare are very friendly and good with the kids. They are great at handling situations so that the parents can stay at work which is so important.

Imagination Station is the first daycare my children have ever attended & I don’t regret any decision I’ve made. The staff is first & foremost very respectful. My children feel at home when In the care of imagination station. They are BIG on equality & that’s what caught my attention the most.

The Imagination station hours work best for my family. Drop off time is earlier than most other local daycares. The staff is friendly and my daughter seems to enjoy her time with children her own age, although she has been sick with colds and ear infections on and off since she started four months ago.

My kids love this place, and have for many years. The staff is friendly and when you have a need or concern it is handled with professional kindness.

All of the staff is amazing. They are great about communicating and my son loves all of the teachers. We have been here over a year and I wouldnt even consider leaving my child with any other daycare. Thank you all so very much for the dedication you have for our children.

My daughter started 1 year ago and the staff has been very transparent with anything concerning my child or the daycare as a whole.

I have it a four because we have had some issues here my oldest I had to pull him out But for my younger kids things are great.

Imagination Station has amazing, loving caring teachers and management. They all work together making sure all our children are safe, happy and loved. I lovee the new app that they utilize everyday to communicate between teachers and parents. This is a Christian based facility , Imagination Station is a amazing place .😊

I have had my daughter in several day cares over the years and I have to say this is the best we have been to. The Director is very helpful and her and the staff are very friendly. My kiddo loves going there and loves her teacher. I love how they help instill Christian values in the kids! Keep up the good work guys.

My child went to school here for a few months. The first bit of it, it was ok no major issues. They are terrible at communicating no matter what the deal was good or bad. Then the biting started and they wouldnt do anything about it. The didnt send incident reports home or even know my child was bitten from lack of attention. The director was not good at trying to come to resolution, she was all talk and rude. She wanted there to be an ultimatum as an end result when all I wanted was something to be done about the biting. All I was told it this is what 2 yr olds do and its just going to happen. Switched classes and was offered to meet the teachers and never heard a word from anyone. I asked about meeting them and never got a message back about it. They all around are not great at all. Some of the girls working drop off and pick up were fantastic and sweet but thats the only nice thing.

Where can I start? This place has been a life saver. Like any parent of course I was skeptical of enrolling my children at a daycare, I wanted to make sure they were safe and well taken care of. Imagination station has gone FAR above any expectations I could’ve ever dreamed of. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. EACH staff member has always had a smile on their face, every single staff member is ALWAYS so cheerful no matter what time of day. I have fallen in love with this place and so have my kids. Every day my baby girl smiles at the staff when I drop her off and when I pick her up. My son tells me “go daycare” and happily walks in and is happy when I pick him up. This place is any parents dream. Every staff member here is just so, so incredible. I can’t say enough good things and words don’t do it justice. I want to give this place 10 stars and I want to do so many nice things for them!! They take care of the two people who are the most important in my life, my children, and they do the BEST job at it. Thank you, imagination station. I don’t know what I’d do without you, I trust my kids with you 10000%. You guys do SUCH a great job and I hope you get recognized for it. My husband I have been using this Daycare since January of 2018 and have enjoyed everyday!! Ever since the 1st day our little started going there everyone knows who we are and who our child is. We never hear our child cry or say anything because they don’t want to go to school. The teachers love these kiddos and you can tell. The kids learn so much and teachers are so devoted to them. I will be sad when we start kinder but knowing my child has gotten a great start in their learning makes me very happy!!

My son has been here since he was 10 months old and now he is two. He loves to go every morning and adores his teachers. The staff has always been nice and welcoming to me and my family. When I did have concerns, they were very attentive and made sure to get me an answer or have it corrected by the time I picked him up in the afternoon or drop off the next morning.

My daughter absolutely loves Imagination Station! She is constantly learning new things and is progressing with counting, her vocabulary, potty training, and interaction with other children. The teachers are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and I love the fact that it is a Christian daycare!!! Recommendation is highly recommended!

Been bringing my boys here the last two years! Facility is clean, staff is incredibly friendly, they address any issues immediately and always call to be sure you know what’s going on with your children. They teach Christian morals, lead by example, and are always doing fun things to keep the children engaged! We love Imagination Station!

I have been taking my daughter to this day care for a while and I absolutely love this facility. The teachers are very nice and patient to my child, and very helpful to me as a parent. The staff is incredibly nice and each one knows my daughter by name and my daughter knows all of them. This facility is clean and well kept, my daughter comes home sharing with me all that shes learned. Im very happy to have found A-day care that treats my daughter like their own family.

We love this daycare! Our little girl is 20 months old and just started going to daycare last month. The staff as been absolutely amazing with helping her adjust to her new routine. Everyone here is great with children and you can tell that they really care!

Started taking my baby girl here about a month ago. So far they have done a great job taking good care of her while my girlfriend and I are at work. I highly recommend this place!

My grand daughter attends Imagination Station. In the short time she has been going she has learned so much already. Not only does the staff treat her like their own but you can feel the love the staff has for her and all the other children. I love how the staff is always greeting each child by name along with greeting the parent as well. The staff is very friendly . I feel very secure leaving my grand daughter in their care for the day. I DEFINITELY recommend this daycare for anyone looking for a daycare for your child.

The teachers and staff here have been fabulous. They take care of my babies as if they were their own. We love the principles and teaching the kiddos receive. We love imagination station and trust them 100% with our children.

My son started here 2 years ago and my daughter joined last year. They knew the kids by name very quickly and are always friendly. I love that my son comes home and tells me the new things he learned and I’ve also seen lately that my daughter is learning sign language during meal time (15 mo old) and I love that! My son loves his teachers and loves the friends he has made at this day care!

My lil man loves It. I think it was about a week and he already had a nickname that we all use now. They just love your kids from the kitchen lady (who cooks traditional meals we make at home for our kids) to the teachers. I’ve never had one of his teachers leave and their turnover is very little. That’s important when considering a daycare - how are the employees treated because if they love their jobs it’s a guarantee your kid will be loved. It’s hard leaving your babies but I know he is loved like their own at Imagination Station.

I absolutely LOVE this Daycare!! My children have been going for over 4 years and I wouldnt want them going any where else!! They truly devote everything to making sure each child is well taken care of!

My son has been at this day care for a couple years now and he absolutely loves it speaks highly of the teachers and I love the staff. Great place.

Some of the caregivers here are absolutely amazing but some are just not happy to be there don’t treat the kids right and don’t need to be there yet they just get sent to a different facility which I don’t think they should be working with kids at all if they are just there to break their spirit, some days my kids were happy and some days they weren’t also didn’t like that you can’t pick up or drop off during nap time yet still get charged the same it’s inconvenient. The mommy cams are nice they are just a bit blurry and the kids get moved around a lot so all in all this daycare is kind of all over the place. Definitely needs to set a different way of routine. Wouldn’t go back that’s for sure.

I have 2 babies that have gone there for over a year. They care a lot about the quality of the care thats given to the kids here. Great place to take kids.

LOVE this place! Have taken my daughter to two other daycares and they did not compare to how amazing and clean this daycare is! My daughter is loved unconditionally by everyone and absolutely loves it! Loves it so much she will run up and hug teachers and not mind at all leaving me! Imagination station will not disappoint! Been with imagination station for 10 years all of my 3 kids grew up in this daycare. The staff is amazing and Ive never had an issue with anything. I would definitely refer this daycare to anyone who wants there child to be in a safe Christian based environment

I am astonished with the immaturity of the women running the front office of this place. They have always been friendly, do not get me wrong. But when you hold the lock button down so that parents who were ON TIME for drop off cannot get in, that is completely immature and uncalled for. I have had several instances where I wasnt informed of something happening inside the daycare and when I called to ask they lied and said they sent letters home in the mail. They have also taken out their nanny cams without informing the parents ahead of time, but still have them up and running in their office - just away from parental access. I will not be returning to Imagination Station ever again.

Highly recommend this daycare , my children have been here about a year & we LOVE It. All the staff is extremely helpful & great with the children , the daycare is always Clean My daughter was in the upper class about 2 weeks & was potty trained! As I said before this is a great place to bring your children!

Will never go back, if you get stuck in traffic plan on taking your kid to work with you they will deny your child even if its only 4 min after nine. Do not pay a month in advance either!!!!

Completely unsatisfied with the facility. My child only attended 3 days out of the week and I was content paying the WHOLE weeks fee, but every week my child would be sent home for any small infraction. Then I loose a day of work because I no longer have a sitter for that day... not worth almost $130 a week especially for my child to be sitting around watching t.v. most of the day. Id rather pay someone that much money who is ACTUALLY going to care for my child. Not try to pass them back to me every chance they get, but still gets paid for it. Most ridiculous place Ive had the displeasure of being involved with.

When my oldest went to this day care I had no problems teachers communicated with the parents my youngest went there came home with lice 3 times and of course the day care said she was the only one (lies) they do not communicate I picked her up and she was only in a diaper and a shirt I asked the teacher why she said she didn’t know...one time I picked her up and she had some other little girls shirt on thank the lord the other mom was still there...she has been bitten multiple times and I understand babies bite...but when incidents happen they are supposed to write a report I had to wait two weeks for one incident report because the teacher forgot to write one....this has been the worst uiday care I have ever seen it smell of pee and dirty diapers the directors are awesome but the owner needs to learn better communication skills and to not be so rude when a parents has issues with her staff ... I also over heard a parent talking to the staff about her sons rash because they do not clean them properly and instead of fixing the teacher they just moved the poor boy up a class...that’s how they fix biters they just move them up...absolutely will NEVER bring my kiddos back if you love you littles please please don’t send them here the only regret I have is not taking her out of this unsanitary situation before all this...the owner is rude condescending and needs to be shut down

Wow this daycare is horrible if your late a min or two or have anything come up they wont watch your kids because they are over booked!!!!They Tell you they will commodate your kids with special needs but then once youre in they refuse to do anything extra for your child knowing their medical condition.This day care smells like straight urine Ive never been to A-day care at that smelt this bad. The whole place needs to be bombed with bleach.My children complain everyday that their staff members day on their phone get on Facebook and never help out when another kid is picking on them they just sit down on their phones all day.They have way too many children and they can not even take care of any of them they are just about getting a check and fitting in as many children as they can cram into a room and Their poor staff are over whelmed.

I am writing this as not a disgruntlement past employee, but I just wanted to inform you all about the stuff that I saw there. I was there for two MONTHS which in those months I was accused of losing three children! I have worked in child care off and on for 2 and a half years now, and I can say with certainty that I had never lost a child.The first one happened on my FOURTH day! I was in the gym, and there were 3 classes in the gym in the same time that my class was suppose to be in there. I was told its ok for me to go into the gym, so I did, and well me and the other teachers set up posts at the different doors to stop the kids from escaping. This was my FOURTH day, I didnt know any of the kids names hardly, and was focused on keeping them from going past my door frame. Well one did escape, and he happened to be on my list, I got blamed. He ended up sneaking past another teacher while she was socializing.The second child that I supposedly lost happened one day when I was transporting a class of 11 two year olds outside. I was taking them outside and had them lined up against the wall waiting to go outside, when the door flew open from the wind, and was an invitation for all the children to run outside. I ran to the door, and poked my head outside, told the teacher outside what happened and asked if it was ok if for a second I go grab the other child and would be RIGHT back. Took less than a minute, but within that minute the directors best friend that happened to work for her saw the situation, and thought that I was gone looking for a LOST child. The kid was never LOST I knew where he was at all times, he just wasnt with the group, and didnt run like the others outside. You HAVE to go back for the straggler, and the other teacher was perfectly FINE watching my kids for that SHORT period of timeThe third and FINAL child that I lost was taken from my classroom from another teacher while we were transitioning to another class and then taken to the office and claimed he was wondering the halls. This once again NEVER happened.. Was asked how many kids I had in my classroom, I gave them the number that I knew to be correct, and they asked me again to count. I counted and the fear struck, I was down a child! I told them the corrected number, and got called into the office and let go.This place is not concerned by lost children. If they were, they would have fired me on my fourth day, or someone else would have been fired. When I was called into the office that day I thought I was going to get fired, and I was willing to admit that I could have been the one to get the blame being the new girl. I have worked at other places, and this is an understood, SOMEONE would get fired. I would NOT recommend this place for your children. I had no problems with the children, just the staff that runs it like a best friends club. If you dont fit in, they will pull everything they can on you to get you or your children out of it. Saw it happen to many many people while I was there. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE

Our son has been picked up multiple times with accidents they havent cleaned and is missing clothes we send him with. They dont always know what classroom he is in. He is always with a new teacher and the communication with the entire establishment is horrible. DO NOT bring your child here if you expect for them to be taken care of appropriately and for them to keep you involved as a parent.

DO NOT take your precious babies to this facility. Multiple instances of teachers slapping children, children being lost or left behind. The whole facility is falling apart, toys are old and broken, classrooms are filthy, nails sticking out of the fencing on the playground. State and CPS have been investigating them for years, Im honestly dismayed they are allowed to still operate. One baby, a toddler even managed to get out the front door and onto the on-ramp of I27. Worst childcare I have ever seen.
