Literally watching Master Lister speaking life into these kids. With a leader like that the impossible is achievable.

Two kids were misbehaving and they punished us by making us exercise until we could hardly breath wouldnt suggest (this was nonstop for 10+ mins btw)

Best All around Martial Arts & Athletic Center Around. Teaches not only martial arts but how to be athletic in multiple sports. I have 3 boys that attend and all have learned so much and keeps them in shape in their other sports they are involved in. Also has the best summer program in town.

This program has been the best thing that has ever happened for my son! They are great with my son and inspire him to be a better person!

Do not recommend sending children there my son came home with bruises and said author kids did it to him as they were fighting don’t really feed as well they get no water before going outside for a long time he also said staff make fun of some kids and have different kids make fun of him

My daughter has been it a year and loves it. Her attitude has changed and she is more respectful.

Staff is friendly and informing, its like another family in there.

I cannot begin to tell you what an awesome facility this is for your children. I would highly recommend it.
