Everything came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. Not bad for a fast food fish joint@

This restaurant is in horrendous disrepair. That should have been my first clue but decided to give it the benefit of doubt. Signs all faded, floor was greasy and restaurant smelled like old oil. Service was slow and the lady taking my order didn’t seem too interested in me as a customer. Almost like I was an inconvenience. I paid $13 for my order of food which consisted of one platter, drink and a side of shrimp. The food was laden with grease, I understand it was fried seafood but the copious amounts of grease were ridiculous. The oil must have been old because the chicken and fish tasted like oil. I now understand why there are only 2 in this city and hard to find them elsewhere. I could have spent the money on my food at a decent sit down restaurant with much better quality and service. Disappointed.

Its improved a great deal since I asked managers to clean grease off floors and over cooked some food! This time tables were all cleaned up in a jiffy! Thanks to the new manager things are running a lot smoother! Thanks so much!

The store was very hot. The fries were just warm and tough. The fish was overcooked. Even soaking it in the malt vinegar it was almost to crispy to chew. Havent been there in a while and will be a while before I will go back.

This restaurant REALLY needs to be remodeled however, we had a great visit. The employees are happy and gracious. The food was hot and yummy. Honestly, that is all I want out of a fast food chain. p.s. I rarely write reviews, I was really impressed by the staff.

Order if never right or missing items. Service is the slow, even though their are 3 people hanging out on their phones by the window. Food is just okay.On a positive note, when they remeber to give the the crumbs that I ask for, those taste great!

I had not been to this location is a long time. The food was good. And I wish I remembered the ladies name who took my order she was so nice and friendly unlike the one who looked in her 20 so rude to customers.

Small business, fish over cooked and the frying were cold and tuff. The best was the shrimp and hush puppies were the best items.Small parking area.I would not recommend this establishment.

HORRIBLE. GROSS.From pulling up to the speaker to leaving the parking lot. The lady t the speaker was very rude and unappealing through her tone of voice. She constantly said “what?!” She read the order back correctly and we pulled up. She read the order to us at the window but the wrong meal and corrected herself. We still received the wrong meal. We checked our bag while at the window and quickly told her, she said “that’s what you ordered, well what do you want then?” RUDE. When she gave use the corrected order, she continued to pick and rub her nose and ask if we wanted honey or vinegar. NO THANKS. Never again.

I just stopped in for chicken and honey mustard. Its not the same they use to have but pretty good!! #fishandchips

I usually dont leave such a low rating, but this is an exception. The last two visits to this LJS has been pretty awful. On the inside the employees are rude, and fail to keep even the most basic of acceptable cleanliness in their store. Everything is a dingy yellow, covered with a thick layer of oil. None were wearing gloves that I could see. Im incredibly saddened to see the quality degrade over the last few years. I used to love it.

Its been around for years and I still remember the 1970s jingle still got great food and even healthier broiled fish choices available on the menu also

Poor management has returned. I was on tonight, placed my order to a VERY unenthusiastic worker and then sat down to wait for my order. After 25 minutes, they called my number only to tell me they were out of chicken, which was half of our order. No apology, no offer to make it up. So I got my money back and probably wont be back. Too bad because Ive always enjoyed LJS and the only other one is all the way across town.

I went during the evening on a weekend and everything was awesome. The food was great, service was excellent and timely, workers are very friendly. It was good eating!

Im not a big fan of long John silvers but this is the last one Ill ever eat at. I ordered chicken and fish. Took about 5-10 minutes to get my order without anyone in line. The people were nice but food extremely greasy.

The WORST food we have ever eating. Fish was cold, thin and hard, chicken was cold and hush puppies were so greasy they were almost dripping. The smell inside when we returned the food for a refund was of sewer which was understandable when you saw the 2 of sewage backed up in the kitchen. Health Department is being notified on Monday July 1 2013. Please dont eat here you may get sick.

We came around 8pm the drive thru cashier took forever just to take our order then we sat at the window and waited well over 20 minutes for our food. When we asked the cashier for the vinegar sauce she said we are almost out and acted like she was put out to give us any at all. This is a horrible place will never come back.

Service was polite but the place and parking lot needs some work. Pavement has holes, fence falling down. Ird a sore eye when looking at it. Good was good but not great!

ALL of our food was cold & when i brought it to the counter & asked to warm it up (trying not to make a big deal out of it) they re-fried our food & we had already eaten some of the food! Someone was smoking in the back as well. Will not be back.

Service was horrible. I ordered a #1. And received fish and chicken with hush puppies. The tea tasted bad. I had to pour it out. I called them back and they were rude and did not apologize. I live 25 miles away. To have to go back after that type of and food that was just 20.00 down the drain and Im still hungry. The one on ossage has always been very good but I would never recommend the one on 45th and western. Thank you for nothing.

Waited in line with my 3 kids for 30 minutes. Guy on the intercom was rude. Food was so overcooked and fries tasted like they were set out for too long. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I will NEVER be coming back!!!!

Its faster to walk in to get you order that it is to go through the drive up and remember Jesus Christ is Lord

Food was good, but over the years the stores have gotten lazy. The exteriors are falling apart, the workers dontt seem to care, and if the food wasnt fresh waiting 30 minutes for my food would be a huge disappointment.

Wow truly the most friendly group of people fast food could ever ask for, was extremly empressed with the young lady up front, great smile, great attitude i rate my visit 10 outta 10.

If I could put no stars I would. It takes an hour just to get through the drive through. Workers are not friendly and DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

We had to wait 15+ min. To get the food cooked from what the cashier said. Then when the food came the only thing that was hot was the fish & chicken. Everything else ( fries,hushpuppies & shrimp were cold and OLD. Please get your cheap together this was bad and I wont come back to this location.

Alicia W. Took our order and repeated it back with such a slur it sounded like she was drunk..when I asked for it to be repeated back again, she got upset and couldnt speak clearly to save her life. After 45 min of waiting to see her blow her nose. Watched her go atright from throwing thw napkin away to grabbing our food. She proceeds to the winow only to be speaking to me from behind the wall. She got upset that I asked her to repeat what she was saying once she was looking at me. My order was wrong. Will not go back. Bad service, extreme long wait and wrong orders.

Food is good, place is a dump. Need to update or just clean the place, its falling apart, stained ceiling, greasy floor smells musty flies everywhere. Just like a fish market....

They should look across the parking lot and watch the efficiency of the Wendys drive through. I was 3rd in line and the line didnt move for 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting and went to Wendys. I was seventh car in line and was gone before LJS got one car out.

Employees are always unhappy place is old and the Owner should be ashamed of themselves...people through drive through just leaving..second time ..never will be back for sure. This is thr saddest LJS ever...why havent they closed down already..how can a business run like this..and also its dirty. It took..wow!! Never again!

They have good food and nice people working there and I wish they would come back to Pampa Texas we miss Long John Silvers we have to drive to Amarillo Texas to get some good food. We make a trip to Amarillo when ever we can go eat at Long John Silvers.

It was about 8:55 pm when we drove up to the drive thru. We live nearby, so we know the usual hours. The drive thru was unlit and the employee who answered sounded irritated. He switched the lights on so we could see the menu. When we asked about anything he was quick to interrupt us, including about how they were out of fried Twinkies. He went on to (unnecessarily) explain that they had to fry them in their friers and they just tasted like funnel cake. Uhhh... Thanks. So it is now 9:11 pm and we just got to the window (there was only one car in front of us) and he took it upon himself to explain that they use the fourth fryer for them. Okay dude. Im really hoping that our food is decent.

Manger that took my order was rude and very unprofessional. As she took my order another female coworker came over and gossiped with the drive thru window wide open to where I could hear, I went to get food not hear about how the crew before them did this or that. The only person I saw actually doing their job was the fry boy. I really like long John silvers, but would never go back or recommend anyone to go to this location.

Like every other review, we were given the wrong food after waiting 20 minutes for it in the drive thru. I ordered chicken planks and a side of clams and received 2 pieces of fish, about 4 fries, and no clams at all. Food was cold. Half of the LJS in this town shut down for the very same reason. Go somewhere else to eat, the employees here are apparently illiterate.

My brother, niece, and I came in around 1 pm and ordered a family meal. Not only did it take 45 minutes to get our order, it took 20 minutes of that time just to order it at the front register. The food tasted ok, but was originally the wrong order given to us. It was made ok after the second attempt.When we stood in line, I noticed some of the lights in the dining room were out as well as the track lights over the work area too. There was grease and dirt that lined the back of the stainless steel shelve which the food is cooked in and the dining room was dirty also. This store has been neglected very bad from the years it has been opened. I believe the management has failed in making this store as nice as it used to be over the years it has been there. Overall, there should be some serious attention paid to this business not only by corporate, but maybe by the local health department.

Onion rings were horrible greasy batter with barely a taste of onion. Use to be some of the best made onion rings.

Im pretty sure there is a guy here waiting on his food that has murdered someone before.

Pulled into the parking lot today at 4 pm, waited about 15 minutes in line before my order was even taken, I ordered a number 3 a number 1, a fish kids meal, two orders of the popcorn shrimp, three drinks and an extra piece of chicken. Upon driving up to the window I was told that there was a shift change and that is why the customer service was horrible, the total was 31.75 I handed the female Maria my money and she gave me the change. A few minutes went by and she told me that she fogot to charge me for my extra piece of chicken and asked me if I wanted it... of course I wanted it if I ordered it... she then charged me seperately for an extra piece of fish, after they finally finished my order after about 20 mins in the drive thru they handed it to me and said have a nice day WITHOUT handing me my drinks. They finally got me my drinks and I drove off, not looking at the receipt, well when I get home the only meal I ordered that was right was the number one, I got a number one , a 3 piece chicken meal whatever number that is and the kids meal was a fish meal with an extra fish. So after spending 25 minutes in the drive thru spending over 34 dollars I didnt get nearly what I ordered... NOT HAPPY WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. Management needs to step their game up and make sure your orders are correct before sending them out the window.

A few times I have drove by around 9:30pm and they looked closed. Bums me out when I am craving LJS - Maybe I can plan better.However I went there on a recent Sunday around 11am. (too lazy to cook and other surrounding options sound blah)The service was super friendly and told me they would have to cook items fresh and it would take a little bit.Usually I get antsy having to wait but I was in no hurry that day.Was offered a drink while I was waiting but politely declined.Got my food and headed home and checked the phone and realized the hush puppies werent there.Went back and informed them. Reviewing the side choice - I wasnt sure if I was suppose to request them. However the employee gave me the hush puppies and apologized a few times.The wait was a little longer than I wanted it to be but the food was hot and fresh (relatively speaking) and the customer service made up for it.Would I go through the wait ordeal again? - probably because well the options for something comparable to LJS in my area is limited to none and as long as the staff is friendly.

Ordered 2 fish and one chicken. Two nights in a row. The 1st night the order was right but the hush puppies were hollowed out from being burned badly. The 2nd night, and last night, they messed my order up. I was the only one in the lobby. I got home with 2 chicken and a burnt fish. I ordered extra cole slaw instead of fries. I looked in the box, Had fries, hush puppies and one cole slaw with a hole in the bottom of the container. I went back and asked for my money back. The manager didnt offer to make it right, I would have taken the food if they had corrected the order. He said that the girl that filled the order was new. But it didnt match my ticket. He refunded my money, but shorted me $1.50. When I tried to get his attention to let him know he gave me the incorrect change he walked off. Never again.
