After having watched my son participate in American Canyon ATA for about 8 months, I decided that it was time for me to try the adult class. The decision to step out on the floor the first time was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my own personal growth and health! Was I nervous to try? YES! However, I have never regretted becoming involved. I have found a community of like-minded individuals who all want to be challenged, who work hard to be better today than they were yesterday, and who support and encourage every other student in class, from the beginner to the most experienced student. I have known Mr. Ball for over 10+ years and consider him a great friend. He has trained with a plethora of different instructors at varying degrees of rank. Me Ball is amazing with the kids. He teaches the different life skills (respect, honesty, discipline...), he teaches them to set goals and work toward the goals and he shares his own experiences with them. My grandkids have gone here for years. Mr Ball has been instrumental in helping them become responsible, productive people.

American Canyon ATA instructed by Mr. Ball is a phenomenal place to train and learn life skills. You will learn self defense techniques, and Taekwando. He instills self-confidence, concentration, respect, and positive attitude in everyone. I train there with my daughter who is a teenager and noticed such an improvement in her confidence and attitude. American Canyon ATA is more than just learning Taekwando, you learn crucial and essential life skills of Discipline, Respect, Belief, Self-Esteem and Communication.Mr. Ball supports the community in many events and last year helped raised money for breast cancer as well. LOVE this school! Mr. Ball is amazing and patient with the children while instilling such great life lessons! From discipline, self esteem confidence and great attitudes to helping with self defense when/if in danger. He also teaches how to handle bullying situations which is so important today! My daughter was being bullied at school and he took the time to sit with her and talk with her and give her tools to use during school and when in those situations. I cant recommend this school enough!

Our son has been working with Mr. Ball for about 18 months now. The experience has been extremely rewarding for him as he develops discipline, mutual respect and learns Taekwondo. Mr. Ball is a phenomenal instructor. He leads with discipline, patience and mutual respect.

This is an amazing place for new, young and old to learn taekwondo. Mr. Ball has gift of nurturing kids, makes them gain self confidence and discipline. My boys connects with his teachings and discipline and always excited to be in his class.

Instructor Mr. Ball creates such a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Along with the Tae Kwon Do curriculum in class he teaches students to have respect, honesty and integrity outside of class. He will even read positive feedback from parents in front of the tiger & kids classes to show when younger students do something that uses their life skills in their real life. Mr. Ball really wants to see all of his students excel to the next level and will help them in any way he can. You can tell he enjoys seeing the transformation as a student progresses. This is a GREAT school for any age. PLUS he gives 2 weeks free for a trial to let the program speak for itself and I believe it really does!
