Truly an excellent place to learn jujitsu. A place where everyone is welcomed and everyone is taken care of. A safe space for people of all types to work out, get in shape, learn jujitsu, and meet some great people. Cannot recommend highly enough! Sensei Weiss and Coach Tito have a great thing going on here.

SuckerFree Jiu Jitsu is like a second home to me! I’ve never felt so welcomed anywhere so fast before. The first day I walked in with never training before I felt right at home. All the members always come up to you and introduce themselves and help you out from day one! Weiss and Tyrone are amazing coaches! They break every movement down and their instruction is so clear I’m able to pick up the movements quickly. The entire environment at SuckerFree Jiu Jitsu is very addicting, I go as much as I can. This is easy because the class schedual, price, and coaches are the best I’ve seen in all the research I’ve done looking for a gym. I highly recommend SuckerFree Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking to learn and train Jiu Jitsu!

This academy is so great. Heres why:-The level of instruction is the best Ive experienced. The curriculum is vast and every technique that is taught is broken down clearly and step by step. Their students’ high degree of technical understanding of BJJ is a testament to that. When I roll with their blue belts it feels like Im rolling with purple belts.- Weiss and Tyrone are great guys. Theyre always so friendly to everyone and have created a comfortable, relaxed environment over there.- The class schedule consists of a wide array of classes. Both no gi AND gi classes are taught six days a week with open mat on Sundays. In addition to the classes, theres also open mat time available every day of the week.- Everyone is extremely friendly and supportive toward each other. We all want to help each other improve.-Its also not as formal as some academies. Not required to bow, no calling anyone master or professor, not required to wear the academys gi or rash guards (but we do cause we wanna rep the team and support their business).- And finally, its very reasonably priced. Weiss and Tyrones philosophy is that jiu jitsu should be accessible at a reasonable price to the community.
