I have recently started a business in June, 2021 and have been using Staples for all of my printing needs- from business cards to signs, banners, posters, everything and anything! I usually order online for same-day pickup and they have always been pretty quick at getting everything done in a timely manner. There was maybe once that it took a few extra days, but they called me right away to let me know (I usually dont need it that soon, its just convenient not to wait too long).The last 2 times that I ordered online, I needed an adjustment, so I called them to add or change something, and they did it with ease. Thank you Staples in Ammon, you are so appreciated!

I usually check this place for desks and chairs and thats about it really. Staples is about the only spot in town to find those types of things and if you catch a sale its totally worth buying something from here.

I sent my programs for my daughters baptism from the site. The woman in their print center was amazing! She called me to make sure she understood my desires completely and even fixed a few of my mistakes before printing. It was obvious that she was very careful in the work she did.

I have completely taken my business from Alphagraphics to Staples now. There is a wonderful printing/marketing employee named Brie who is absolutely amazing here at staples. She works until 9pm which is sooooo convenient for me and I swear her motto must be - walk an extra mile for the customer! She goes above and beyond to meet my personal and business print needs! I appreciate her patience with me and how easy she makes printing for me! I give her 10 stars as an employee and am grateful for people like her who can absolutely make my day with paying attention to detail and making kind and professional behavior seem effortless.

Great store. I love this staples store Jeff the manager is an amazing guy he and his staff will bend over backwards to help you with anything they can. They even price match to Amazon prices it has saved me hundreds of dollars and days of time. I will keep on shopping with this store. Also being a business owner needing shipping supplies they have an amazing shipping section with boxes, tape and everything you would need to ship anything large and small. Also I never knew they had such good prices on items it astounded me.

You can thank your staff for the loss of a nearly $200 sale. I came in to buy an office chair and a mat for the chair. I kept my distance from other customers and from employees as required, but I do not wear a mask for medical reasons. When I went to ask about purchasing the chair, one of your male employees chose instead to harass me about wearing a mask. Guess you really didn’t want my money...

I Love Going to Staples for my copy needs. They are always so helpful, even when they are busy. The copies always turn out great and decent prices. It always saves my bacon when my printer is being difficult and I can count on them to get my order done quickly.

Went in to buy a printer. My goal was to go in get it and leave without talking to anyone. I am glad things didnt happen that way. Lee came to help and was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Did not pressure me into buying anything. Let it be my decision. He is WONDERFUL. Thank You

Our 7+ year old HP PC went to black screen. We brought it into Staples to see if anything was worth reviving. It was not. We had to buy a complete new desktop PC (for 79 year old who doesnt care for laptops). We were greatly helped in this process by Jeff, Randy and Rob. Not only did we need a new rig, we also had to recover the data from the old hard drive. Randy got pretty much all of the important things. YAY!!! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us lots of tips to keep the new computer safe. Even though the store is across town from where we live, we will not hesitate to return to Staples Tech Help desk whenever we have an errant device. THANK YOU for excellent customer service. I would have left this review on their Medallia website, but my Norton protected browser advised me not to do so as hackers might be lurking there. My hubby is happy with his new equipment.

Great help. I had a huge copying job at the copier. I neglected to get the girls name, but she was amazing. Totally helped me do it til it was done. Bless her heart.Ill go there for all my copier needs from now on.

I dont think the guy on the floor was very knowledgeable; I think it is best to know what you are looking for before coming to the store. They had what I wanted and I gave extra points for the wonderful cashier.Week later: I am giving Staples five stars. Heather greeted me as I came in the store and directed me to where I wanted to go. She openned a second register for me so that I would not have to wait when checking out.

We will be coming here for our trips for supplies from now on.On 5.12.2018 around 4pm, I picked out $168 worth of merchandise for my school. I was using my school credit card and at check out, the card wouldnt go through. We tried two front registers. Then they took me back to the computer service register to try my card there, it failed They had a similar problem earlier in the week and were on the phone with corporate (who couldnt answer) trying to problem solve. After 3 rescans, 8+ card tries, and the manager buying two water bottles on his own card to see if it was a debit/credit problem, they suggested I called my business card holder bank. The bank wasnt helpful, but reminded me that I had a credit limit, even if I had more money than the limit in the bank. So, we take it down to below the limit to try to do two transactions. The first transaction finally went through! The second one didnt, and I learned right there I have a credit limit and it is per day, not per transaction.So for all of this being my school districts credit limit fault in the first place, they still gave me a $20 coupon for when they thought it was their computer issue and had several troubleshooters trying to suggest solutions and helping me with my purchase.Thanks for the great service, Staples!

Took a bunch of things there to be laminated. They laminate by the foot. Costed me $40!!!! Because the pieces were spread out pretty far! And some of the pieces are overlapped!!! I will never go there again to get things laminated.

Great store unless you need you print something. The girl behind the print center is always rude, and never seems to have time to print. I have received great service from the store manager, or when he is behind the counter, but if hes not back there, forget about it. On my last visit, I needed 6 copies printed, the girl behind the print center was rude once again, and didnt have time to print anything. This was the last time Ill be in the store, moved to another store that cares about its customers.

I have maked a 70 mile round trip to shop at the ammon store. I called before I left home, was told the item I wanted was on the shelf. When I couldnt find it I asked and was told it wasnt in the store. However the could order it. It was an item I needed in a timely manner, I could have ordered it myself but I wasted my time and gas making the unnecessary trip. I will not be shopping there again.

Horrible customer service. The cashier Liz was insanely rude with every encounter I had with her. If I asked her a question, she was less than helpful and acted like I was stupid. We had several items and she set them on the counter and told us bye. We asked if the items would fit in a bag since she didnt put them in one and she replied with probably. We sat there for a minute while she was trying to turn around and then we asked her nicely to put them in a bag. She literally rolled her eyes. I didnt realize it was such a big deal to put bought items into a bag or that I even needed to ask for one. The other guy, Jessie, asked her to put them in a big bag. We asked about signing up for the rewards card earlier when I was laminating items and we thought we did, but when we went to buy other items with Liz, she said it didnt work so we asked if we could enroll again and she looked so confused and frustrated. You could tell she wanted us to leave even though we were there for just a few minutes. Jessie came over because to help, which was great, but then he kept going on about how we dont even need to sign up for the rewards card because we wont get anything and its not even that good. He was just trying to get rid of us as well. Its not even that big of a deal, but Ive never been treated like that at a store EVER. so done with staples

Not a very personable group of people here the day I was. I spoke to one woman three times without an answer and until I got a bit more forceful did she finally respond. Just because you may not know the answer to the question doesnt mean you dont speak to someone who is a guest in your establishment.

When Staples asks if you want your receipt printed or emailed, its best to have them print it out. They dont always send the receipt. I did receive it my first time, but did not this past time. When I called back in to get my receipt, I was told that I needed to make a second trip back into the store to acquire the receipt in person. That a manager had to get it for me. When I restated that their process to get me a receipt was actually taking me more time, she told me it was nothing personal... just their system. I agreed with her, and dislike their system, and the fact that a manager was the only one who could assist me. Also that they couldnt just re-email it to me. Totally sounds like a messed up system. Nothing more frustrating to everyone involved than a bad laid out plan.

Went in to buy a file hanger that the Staples app said they had ten of, I used to work at Staples some time ago and was familiar with their layout. Went straight to the files isle, looked didnt find any and went looking for assistance, couldnt find any, so went to the front desk asked for help, she called for assistance, waited 5 minutes no one came, so went back to files and checked every tag Finally found the tag, the price was wrong and it was the wrong product in its place.Went back to the front desk, she said she was still waiting, after a total of 25 minutes I finally left, I do have a life and having to wait for a $9 item is rediculous. Called to complain, it was the same lady, who turned out to be a manager, she offered to order something for me, but going to Staplees is a special trip 8 miles out of my way.... Deleted APP and wont be going back anytime soon ...

Awful customer service! I went in a few days ago trying to print out a booklet that I had made for my hubby for Valentines day. I had the layout a little bit wrong so it was printing weird, so then the girl who was helping me got mad at me for no reason and said Well you need to take this home and fix it! I dont know how to fix it, so you need to go home and figure it out, and when you figure it out then you can come back and we can help you. I wasnt even causing a problem, I was trying to be happy and friendly, and she was extremely angry and rude. Maybe she was having a hard day or something, either way Staples really needs to hire new employees who have people-skills and know how to treat their customers with kindness, and also employees who know how to format booklets so that they will print correctly.

So, I was having a number of copies made for a set of house plans. Initially, I went to Office max who quoted me like $285 for the job. I said I might look around cuz that was wack. So, I went to Staples, who didnt see it as some complicated job that would take 4 days, and with $40, an hour of wait time I had my house plans. And by the way, those plans got approved; so there, take that office max. At any rate, I love you Staples, and Ill never cheat on you with Office max again. Unless its like way more convenient. Like if Im in a city where there are no Staples , Im just not gonna be driving 30+ miles just to go to staples. Its not that I dont want to, its just that Im super busy and I just dont have that kind of time. Also, isnt it really up to you to make me want you?? Well lets just say this copying incident has come close to winning me over.

As far as big box office supply stores go, this one is not remarkable. The service is usually pretty good and their prices are competitive with Wal-Mart. One thing they do have is a pretty good photo department.

I have always had GREAT experiences when shopping at STAPLES in Boise and in Nampa, but the Idaho Falls STAPLES has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I watched an employee getting rude with some elderly customer who obviously needed some extra explanation to understand the features on the $600 laptop he was looking at, but the employee was just so visibly irritated with the guy who seemed to be asking perfectly reasonable questions. Then I heard the kid tell the old man that he should look up the specs BEFORE he comes to the store and wastes everybodys time. OK, that was enough for me. I put down the stuff I was going to buy and walked out. I will NEVER shop at this location of STAPLES EVER AGAIN!

This is probably the smallest mall Ive ever been to. I rarely find anything worth buying when Im there and unless you want a pretzel theres no options for food.
