My husband and I came to the campus to get an ultrasound done. I’m 25 weeks pregnant, I did not know they provided this for the public. My friend recommended them as she has come in the past. The girls at the front desk are very welcoming, the staff all together seem like they get along. It’s very welcoming feeling. Thank you to the students who helped me out and and scanned me. You helped me see my baby gender. I will recommend others to stop by. Thank you all once again.

Teachers are very intelligent, they will push you to go the extra mile , the studies are very informative making learning easy. the campus is small but you do get along with everyone. the surgical tech teacher Brenda is a very strong determined teacher and is here for the students and will make sure they get the education they deserve.

I want to say thanks to the staff here in SA campus, they are motivating and Mrs Tina is awesome. Career services girls are very energetic and I am getting ready to go out for my PT extern. So far I’ve had nothing but a great experience. Maria at the front reception is always so sweet and Mrs Harris is also great.

I am so excited that have successfully completed Pharmacy Technician course.A special thanks to Mrs Tina, who has been my professors and walked Me through this interesting journey.Mrs Tina is dedicated for the success of the students. Many times she has tutor me on math, on her own time, at North West College.Proud to have this amazing instructor and the way she explains math concepts are exceptional.The admission and career center are professional.Also, for the informative workshops they provide to the students.If it has not been for Angies persistence and care, probably I would have not have enrolled to school.Thank you, Lorena, Liz and Bleiry for all the professionalism that you guys portrait on a daily basis at NWC.

I was attending when I had some family problems come up and when I tried speaking with my administrator to cancel the program I was completely ignored so I called the school itself which just kept sending me to the administrator I was assigned that was ignoring me and when I finally got a hold of her she told me she was too busy with people who actually wanted to attend the class. I found this extremely rude and inappropriate!

I attended this school after Everest College was somehow continuing to get students in and still somehow getting the financial aid which is weird considering they were supposed to be unable due to prior complaints and a judge smacked em with no financial aid til get issues fixed and approved, which eventually left us students that had to take loans based on the lies that they fed us to get us in and financial aid are still stuck either paying or like me unable to so am stuck with the debt. Anyway were really helpful in doing all work and actually make sure you know what everything meant and why they do this regardless if i was Everest victim or just interested in school. I recommend North West College

Did the Medical Billing and Coding program with Mrs. Delilah. She was a great instructor and really helped me with the program. She was the best and made sure all her students got the most of her. Graduating in April and thanks to Lizbeth in career services possibly will have a new job to start my new career!

Graduated from their Surgical Tech Program. Michelle was very helpful and supportive through the Admissions process.The Career services staff, Bleiry, and Financial Aid, Maura were all helpful and easy to talk to. Ms. Brenda H is a very knowledgeable instructor and knows her field. I couldnt have made it through this program without her guidance and encouragement.

This program was fast paced and pleasant. I learned a lot. Monique helped me with my admissions process and Maura was so very helpful with my financial aid. Maura goes above and beyond for you as a FA advisor. Her door is always open and she gives helpful advice. I got my externship a week after finishing classes. Overall a good experience.

I believe that the best word for this school is excellence due to the staff and the environment. The career services Department is truly the best and very helpful and always looking to help in any kind of way. The relationship i acquired with the staff is superb. My instructors are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile. I am truly honored to have chosen this school to gain the knowledge I gained. Financial Aid Maura is amazing and very helpful. I am grateful to have met Liz and Bleiry from Career Services, Angie from Admission, Maura from Financial Aid, Lorena from registrar, my ST Instructors MS. B (I truly admire and love her) and MS. C (amazing person) and last but not least Kia the greatest campus director I have ever had.

I currently attend North-West College and so far I can say that I’m having a great experience. I am taking the Medical Assistant program, my favorite part of the program is Lab because we all interact and practice on each other vitals, injections, blood draws etc. Another thing is the environment and how welcome they make you feel especially the staff such as the Career Services ladies, Financial Aid, Receptionist, not to mention the director is awesome..

Was interested in going here. But just wasnt the right time in my life and then I get bombarded with phone calls and text messages for 4 months. You think they would get the hint.... nope. Then today i got a phone call and I answered to respectfully advise that I was no longer interested at this time. And then thanked them. Instead of getting a Oh no problem. Just keep us in mind when you are ready.. I was answered with a rude comment and hung up on. The worst customer service Ive gotten from a school recruiter. Well I well be sure to pass along the great customer care you guys have for students interested in attending your school.

Im a recent graduate from North west college I attended the medical assistant program my instructor Mr Odum was amazing I learned a lot from him and feel ready to start my career. Angie helped with guiding me decide on my career she is very nice and helpful. Lizbeth in career service helped me prepare for my externship and build my resume and Maura is very helpful in financial aid. Overall all the staff is very kind Im very happy i chose to attend this college

North west is an awesome college. Unlike many other schools, the people/ instructors actually care about your success. I’ve been to 3 other colleges before attending north west including csuf and csudh and both have not even come close to being as enjoyable and caring compared to Northwest college. I went to Nothwest for Pt. I’m not the best leaner but when you have instructor like Mrs Tina who cares about your success it’s hard to fail. The financial aid office does a great job as well ! They helped me so much ! I work only part time I was able to pay off my tuition on my own with no loans ! Overall all the people there are respectful and puts lots of effort to your success.

Great surgical tech program ms b is awesome. Everyones so helpful and will be there to guide you along the way.

North west college is life changing to me it has become the greatest achievement in my life !!!!!! due to all the help from the school and from the teachers and over all the staff for example the grils from carrer services are the the most wonderful person and encourage you and they help you find the job of you dream in a blind of an eye and also you have a lot of resources like ultra sounds help from experience teachers like MRS LIAHILA...… and love the new location it was amazing walking threw the halls and waiting in the waitng room …...

Went to northwest college for info on the surgical tech program and I was greeted by friendly staff and helped by the most amazingI believe there names were LIZ, BLIERY, LORENA, MAURADue to there help I am glad to say that I will be attending this amazing school!

Love the new campus ( Anaheim) Mrs Fazzone is the best instructor (DMS program) staff is helpful Maura is great at explaining financial options Wendy is very helpful with helping you structure ur resume and Mrs Rich & Khia really listens to students concerns :) overall great experience for me

Very disappointed... Called to get a copy my transcripts and was told by Lorena it would be ready by Friday.. I called on a Thursday to confirm I will be picking up at 8am and was told the school doesnt open on a Friday!! I asked for Lorena to call me back to give a day when will my transcripts be ready and she never called! I had to call about 3 times a day for 3 straight days because she would not return my call.. I told her it was urgent!....until I got a hold of her she acted like nothing happened.. ugh unbelievable!

I would like to take the time to talk about my instructor, Mrs. Fazzone who was absolutely incredible. She made coming to school so easy. I completed the ultrasound program, and i’m not sure how I could’ve done it without her. She’s kind, patient, and goes above and beyond for her students. She genuinely cares for each student like they were her own children. Mrs. Fazzone has helped me immensely in this program, whether it be 1 on 1 help, or extra scanning time, whatever she could do for you she would. I recommend anybody to go into this program, if you’re willing to sacrifice a year of your time, and put in the work because Mrs. Fazzone has the knowledge and the skill to help you get there. I wouldn’t be half the person I am today without her, If you’re looking to start your career in the medical field I advice you to do it especially with her. It’s not easy, but she made it so very worth it.

I had a great experience, I would like to Thank Angela in admission, Lorena, Kia, Maura, Maria Lizbeth, Bleiry, and my Instructor Ms.V and, I have also referred many of my friends.

After thinking Santa Ana one of of my friend told me me about this school. Not knowing anything about healthcare i decided to join the team. After a long journey, am happy to say that this school has open many opportunities and doors I never thought I would have. The staff work very hard to get you were you need to be. Maura (financial, Lizbeth and Bleiry (career services), Lorena and Maria, Angie will work with you 24/7 just to make you succeed. If you need to call them for questions on any of the following, they will not hesitate to answer. This ladies will put you in the right path no lie! And one of the best teachers here is Daniel Odum, this man has showed me so much and Im still learning from him as Im leaving to my internship. If I have any questions he always answers! This man doesn’t come here for a paycheck... he comes to make sure everyone succeeds. Thank you all for everything truly.

I love this school Santa Ana campus starting with admission (Angie) she cares alot about you and your future. Maura with financial aid is excellent. Carrer survices are the best Lizbeth and Bleiry thank you so much for helping me with my externship .. I love this school ,staff is so friendly starting from Angie who started me in the school. Liz, and Bleidi in career service was really helpful in helping me with my site.Mr Kia was always friendly and caring for what students needed.security was always intop of school . Ms. Vívette (MA instructor)and Ms.G (medical billing )where the best teachers I love how they did one on one with students and i was never afraid to ask questions . When we got to lab Ms. V was patient and specific in what we needed to do.I sure will miss her .
