WORST PLACE EVER!!! The girls in the front are all incompetent and do not know what they are doing. They lose your card almost weekly. They will call you and tell you that you missed class and need to go back to court when you clearly were in class and signed the roster. They will call you and tell you that you need to make an appointment that you already made and they have on the books. They are never on the same page and are all rude! Do not waste your time with this place. It is a nightmare and you will regret it.

They didn’t call me saying it was about To be 21 days which is the max amount of time to reschedule an appointment. Now I have to go back to court.They should at least remind you..But overall it’s a nice place, & the staff are nice people. I’d choose this one over the rest.

Still enrolled in the program. I hope I pass hahaha cuz then the Stars would change on here. They will not allow any break from the 2-hour block have to be in class oh, Im a caretaker for my grandpa and I even a minute or two early to leave take care of him will guarantee me the time for the class

The girls in the office, counselors, traffic school teacher are great and kind..Got my DUI after being sick for an extended period of time; they have babysat me..love em..

Just signed up .. great customer service and they made the process fast and easy ! Highley reccomend ABC

A staff member who shall not be named here (female), threatened a family member of mine, despite the fact that my family member was following all the rules and being polite. Also, my family member was misinformed by a different staff member (male), nearly getting them in trouble. This threat was unjustified and absolutely disrespectful. There should be no excuse for staff members to hold leverage over someone who is diligently taking accountability for their mistakes.

Horrible. They take your sheet every week to make a copy and when you loose it you owe them 3 more weeks because they have no record of the aa classes you had already done. Super rude. They act like you owe them something....

Go to another place, these women are rude as hell. This is a terrible place to go too. Trust me, give your money to someone else.

Very rude people work there....1 minute late and you have to pay $20! And it wasnt your fault there was an accident on the way to class!!!

Hello ABC staff members or information that can be shared. I attended this school for 6 months and completed in 2002 . I turned in court my certification due ti court orders , what there be a way to get a copy for the DMV they have a hold on my license and will not return till completed. May any info help thank you.

Zero tolerance for lateness. Lol These ladies are really helpful.
