As long as you take all honors, your chances of getting good teachers are good. However, some classes are required, and those are the most horrid, disgusting, and stupid classes you will ever be in. Of all the PE teachers Ive had, combine with what Ive heard of others, I have not found a single one who was even half in control of their emotions and personal life, much less competent enough to teach a class. All of the ones I have had hate education itself, and wish the school could just pay them to coach the teams at double the pay. Computer teacher Freshman year had a habit of saying, well, Im not allowed to tell you my opinion, but...... and would proceed to tell the class about how much she hates Republicans.

Its a good school. But there are some teachers there that are just plain rude. One english teacher would give us an assignment that was five pages long minimum and it had to be a subject she approved of. Cant be anything Democrat related. And she would expect it turned in tomorrow. Its a good thing i got my classes switched. The video production class is very fun. Love mr Chavez teaching style. Good us history. And amazing chemistry class. Over all GO SAXONS.

I Graduated from Loara in 1985. It was the best 4 years and great memories. Loved all my teachers and I learned a lot to carry on in life. My daughter Graduated from there in 2008 and also had a great 4 years and my son is there now as a Junior. He also has had a great 3 Yrs so far. School is what you make of it. LOARA Pride!! Many teachers are rude and immature. Always on their phone. I had three teachers the same way where they make students feel horrible and Ive had friends move schools because of it. Some just put you down and you dont feel comfortable going to that class.

I got bullied by someone who goes by the name of maxwell mane... when im heading to my classes i always meet him in the hallway and he acts like a douchebag all the time, pushing me, dropping my books on the floor, and verbal abusing me. I cant do anything cuz he got 6 of his homies and ive told the school and they did nothing

I got physically and mentally abused by Maxwell Mane. One day, I was recording a livestream so my family can see how great my school is until Max and his friends came to throw water at me and got me and my phone wet. After that, days got worse for me. I was constantly reminded by Max that i’m a homosexual even though i’m not by using the F- slur at me. Never again I will come to this High school all because of this kid and his group of friends.

Class of 06, school was school, if you take high school with a grain of salt and just do your work and pass your classes youll do well. If you take it very sersiously and think high school is LIFE and think these are the times of my life than youre in for a HUGE let down. Theres cliques, theres sports, ASB, theatre (which was the popular all 4 years I went there) band, ect and so on. Be friends with everyone, WHO CARES. Defend those being picked on be a GOOD person and like I said before do your work and high school will be chill for you. Once a Saxon ALWAYS a Saxon, I enjoyed ALL my teachers and made a lot of friends from every group, I ate, laughed, was in musicals, sports, and ditched here and there, but I made high school right for who I am. Thats all that matters.
