Heartless. There was one guy that was in there and we were late by 2 minutes. They are so heartless. I’m mostly doing this review because of him. Tuesday 8pm.Wasted my time and gas to reach here. Was going 85 on a freeway and almost had a grind by. Very dangerous. This person is very nice at making customers hate music and arts. Way to represent music and arts. He only pointed at his watch and didn’t even talk to me or apologize. Keep in mind that my dad had his SON in his car and still rushed to this. You know how nervous he was? DO YOU KNOW HOW SAD HE IS THAT WE COULDENT MAKE IT? DO YOU KNOW HE IS MAD AT HIMSELF FOR NOT MAKING IT IN TIME? DO YOU KNOW HOW GUILTY THE PERSON MADE MY DAD FEEL?

This place is horrible! First of all I placed an order to pick up a trumpet for my sons band class LAST WEEK! The trumpet got back ordered and the costumer service was HORRIBLE! The guy on the phone kept arguing back at me when he cant even help me cancel my order. Dont come to this place ever or you will have a bad experience just like me. If there is a 0 stars i would give it to this.

Love this shop!Great costumer service since you walk in they ask you if you need help. I loved how nice they were with me. So I give them 5 stars :) they are a small business hidden in this big city of Anaheim but even do they are small I believe they are a great big shop. They have everything organice and you could find things really fast. Keep up the great job n ope next time I go visit you guys your shop will be bigger:)

Visited this location and was greeted immediately and was helped out by Anthony. My daughter needed a Clarinet for band class and was able to get a great deal on one not to mention it was of great quality. The knowledge and great customer service we were shown far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely continue to come here and recommend it highly.

Great music store with a nice selection of beginning to pro instruments and accessories on display. Clean and well-organized merchandise displays. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of music solo, ensemble and method books. Private lessons available. Large repair department - Frankie has worked on many of our personal instruments over the years and we followed him here from his High Desert location to have our repairs done. Reasonable sized parking lot.

Was looking for a guitar, called up to 5 different stores and couldnt find it... So you can imagine how happy I was that these guys carried it.

I needed a lyre and all of the usual places I buy online were sold out (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc). I bought online from Music and Arts on Sunday night for in-store pick up within 3-5 days, and they called Monday morning to let me know it was ready for pick up! Exceeded my expectations and will do business here again.

Hometown feeling, they had what I needed and then some. Holy smokes, this store is humungous. Something for everyone. I was blown away!

I could never get a low E sound out of my Saxaphone. I brought it in for a couple of pad repairs and Frank worked on it. It has never sounded so good. He did a great job and I wont take my Sax anywhere else again. Paul

Wow! Cant say enough great things about this fantastic music store. Selfana gets 10+ stars in my opinion! I called from Santa Monica to get some information about buying a special pre-Christmas present for my son… A saxophone! Not only was she polite when I made the first inquiry by phone but incredibly understanding when I had to jump off the phone because my cat had jumped on the roof ! When my husband and son arrived this past Sunday to buy the saxophone she was patient, kind, professional, helpful. Emphasis on the patient! Because my son apparently took three hours to decide which saxophone he wanted. Thumbs up to a fantastic music store. Highly recommended!

Post your debit/credit return policy in your business! !!!Where its visible for your customers !!!How could u expect families to wait 2-4 weeks for a return. I rented a violin & purchased a violin started kit for $35. Not once did the cashier let me know about your awful policy! Spend 20 min arguing back and forth with your store manager & finally district manager approved my same day return. I called corporate during this whole mess. POINTLESS! Wish Id gone to a different store to rent the 1,000$ violin THUMBS DOWN Anaheim location!!!! WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

I will not recommend this biz to other parents. Beware. Not honest. False advertisements on flyer passed out to parents at our district music mtg.At the store, they check your credit score without explanation and alter your price later.Wonder if this should be checked by the BBB.Beware, when calling the 888 number. Youll waste your time. They keep you holding without letting you know they are closed.

The quality of service for the price I found to be excellent on overhauling woodwind instruments. I dealt with David and Selfana, both of whom are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had my guitar fixed here, and I was shocked at the level of service. Fast, great priced, and full of friendly, smiling faces, this place has a customer for life.
