Our school aged child and toddler both enjoy the teachers and care givers. They are very helpful when we drop-off and pick-up of our toddler. My daughter loves the program and teachers. She gets help with her homework and enjoys playing with the other children in her program. The director and entire faculty make us feel like part of the family. We really feel safe leaving our children in their hands.

My daughter has been going to the Childtime in Anaheim since she was 6 months old and is now 3. The director Ms. Carolyn has always been sincere and helpful since the first day, she really listens and addresses all needs and concerns with care and tact. The teachers are very willing to work with your child on anything you ask and really pay attention to who they are as little people. They always have a fun and educational cirriculum specifically designed for each age group and encourage good behavior, manners, and social interaction.Teachers such as Ms. Anne, Ms. Patty, and Ms. Karissa really make you feel like family when you come in and like to tell you specifics about your childs day. I would highly recommend this school for anyone looking for somewhere that treats you as a friend and your child like their own.

I absolutely love this school. My daughter has been going here since she was 9 months old. I was very picky about where I wanted my daughter to go for daycare. Ms. Carolyn the director was so patient with me and still is. The teachers are dedicated and love the children so much. My daughter loves going to school, loves her teachers, has learned so much, and loves to tell me about playing with her friends, Webby dance, and words shes learned in Spanish. Everyone is friendly with me and my daughter. Their app is great too. This is a great choice for day care, preschool, pre-K, and the offer some school age programs as well.

When my son went here he was 3 years old, and in the process of being potty trained. It started off great but as time went by it got bad. My son was left in poppy dippers for hours, resulting in really bad rashs. I mentiond it many times to various staff and nothing was done. My son hated sitting in poop so i know for a fact he asked to be changed, and threw fits if not changed. The staff told me about his fits and blamed me and him for his fits when in a poopy pull up.The last week he was here i picked him up everyday with dry poop in his pull up, meaning its been there for hours, resulting in a rash that needed medical attention. I finally switched him to a better place where he wasnt being neglected. This place is absolutely awful.

My daughter began attending Childtime when she was 4 years old. She arrived at Childtime after attending another preschool (Chez Granmere Preschool in Anaheim-by the way please don’t send your children there!). My daughter had a particularly horrible experience with a certain teacher (Ms Ruby) speaking harsh to the kids there and my daughter telling me she never wants to go back there because Ms Ruby bopped her on the back of the head. I was soooo nervous about leaving my daughter with anyone else after this horrible experience and found the staff at Childtime was a godsend! Ms Carolyn is an awesome director and the staff there is phenomenal. My daughter has since graduated from Childtime and is now in kindergarten. Her current teacher comments often how advance she was when she entered elementary school and can tell that her preschool was up to part with their curriculum. I am forever grateful for Childtime for the beautiful experience and memories my daughter has. Last day she was there, I was the one who cried!!!! Childtime is the best parents...trust me and if you still need convincing, ask Ms Carolyn for my phone number and I will share more than I can type on this page! Kudos to Ms Celia also....best teacher my daughter could ever have!!!

Being a military family, its difficult to be away from people you can trust and help with the baby. I always thought I would have my family close by to help me raise my daugther, but that is not the case. Luckily, we found the Anaheim Childtime, and they have become a strong support system. My daughter started there at 6 wks. old. She has grown since, and is now in the beginning steps. Along the way she has had kind, nurturing, attentitive teachers. Mrs. Imelda who is in charge of the infant room, has helped me to calm my first time mom nerves. As I drop off my daughter sometimes we just chat for a bit while I explain to her my daughters special needs for the day. She listens, and thats important to me. Mrs. Crystal is great at documenting precious moments that I miss while I am at work. The pictures she takes go straight into her scrap book. Now that my daughter is in the toddler room, Mrs. Patty is so nurturing and sweet! She helped my daughter to walk. The teachers teach the kids to talk, sing songs, dance and so much more. ALL the teachers are wonderful. The staff there really make a huge difference, especially being greeted by a smiling face each morning. Mrs. Lou is often times the one I see when I check in. My daughter is almost 14 months and continues to love going to her daycare. We are very happy with the staff. Mrs. Carolyn the director is super. I call almost everyday to check up on my daughter and the ladies give me the updates every single time I call. Glad we picked this day care out of all the ones we visited.

My daughter has been with Childtime since she was 2 years old; she has had great teachers and awesome experiences. She started at the Long Beach Childtime and she loved it, she had Ms. Eileen as her teacher. She really liked all the teachers there and was familiar with them. This made us worried she was going to have a hard time transitioning to a new location. When her father and I came to tour the Anaheim Location we took her with us to see what she thought of the place. It was an experience that I would not forget. The kids were so inviting without any encouragement from the teacher to do so. My daughter is now 4 yers old and it was a new experience and was shy at first but when the kids approached her, she went willingly. The teacher Ms. Najah was present and very welcoming with a big smile. The director Ms. Carolynn answered our security/curriculum questions. She made us feel very welcomed and lucky to have us at this location. With that experience it made our decision much easier to take, the transicion was easy and smooth. My daughter has been enjoying playing with her new friends and now having not only Ms. Najah but having Ms.Celia and Ms. Ann as her teachers as well. She comes home excited and telling me what her teachers taught her and what she did with her friends. I have had the pleasure to see her in class and how the teachers interact with not only my own daughter but with the other children, it’s a very reassuring feeling as a parent that she’s in good hands.
